Decrees: Art. 1. Undertakings which carry out transport of goods for third parties, which pursuant to art. Executive Decree 3 September 24, 1993 got a share of ecopoints for use by December 31, 1993, can submit an application by March 25, 1994 to obtain for the 1994 assignment of ecopoints equal to the average of the period October 1-December 31 ecopoints used 1993 multiplied by 10.
