Following the enactment of Law no. 328 9 September 1993 published in the ordinary supplement to the Official Gazette no. 202 of 28 August 1993 authorized the Italian ratification of the Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime, signed in Strasbourg on 8 November 1990, and 'proceeded to deposit the instrument of ratification on 20 January 1994.
