By decree of April 1, 1998 of the Ministry of Treasury, Budget and Economic Planning, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare and the Ministry of Finance in agreement with the Piedmont region and 'it was placed, under first paragraph of art. 5 of Legislative Decree 30 December 1992, n. 502, as amended by Legislative Decree of 7 December 1993, n. 517, the allocation to the assets of the local hospital and health care companies, identified by the regional measure, the real estate and related movable property in them allocated, mainly for health services, belonging to sopressa management of National Board of health care social security and assistance for state employees (ENPAS). The transfer of the above goods will be 'done with regional measure, pursuant to the second paragraph of that article. 5 of Legislative Decree 30 December 1992, n. 502. shall also be 'assigned to the heritage of the local health authorities and competent hospital, movable property, used for health services, allocated in real estate owned' third under lease or in use by the said National Welfare Organization and assistance for employees state (ENPAS). They are attributed to the General Inspectorate for business and for managing the assets of the dissolved entities at the Ministry of Treasury, Budget and Economic Planning, of which the law of 4 December 1956. 1404, movable property, equipment and consumer goods, intended for use other than health, allocated in the leased property under lease or in use by the aforementioned body. To transfer operations provides the aforesaid General Inspectorate dissolved bodies.
