THE RECTOR the consolidated text of the laws on higher education, approved by Royal Decree of 31 August 1933, n. 1592, and subsequent amendments and additions; Given the Statute of the University 'of Cagliari, approved by Royal Decree of 20 April 1939, n. 1098, and subsequent amendments and additions; The Order of the President of the Republic July 11, 1980, n. 382 on the reorganization of university teaching and related courses of study for the organizational experimentation and learning; Having regard to Articles 6 and 16 of the Law of 9 May 1989, no. 168, on the creation of the Ministry of the University 'and scientific and technological research; Having regard to Law 19 November 1990, n. 341 laying down the reform of university teaching; Given the Ministerial Decree of 22 May 1995 published in the Official Gazette no. 166 of July 18, 1995, with whom and 'approved the new XXIX table with respect to degree courses in the faculty' of engineering; Given the decision of the Faculty 'Engineering of May 3, 1996, containing the proposed reorganization of the degree courses in Table XXIX adaptation of the Ministerial Decree mentioned above; Note view Rector n. 1449 of 7 July 1996, by which 'was forwarded the proposal to achieve the reorganization of the degree courses in engineering; Given the decision of the Faculty 'Engineering of 26 May 1998, in which the comments raised by the university council at its meeting on 13 September 1996, as well as' the decision of 27 January 1999 containing the tables of the graduate program in electrical engineering have been transposed with the teachings characteristic of the individual addresses; Considering that the university council, at its meeting on September 13, 1996, I note 'lack of characterizations in the addresses of the individual degree programs, as well as' non-transposition of the information contained in the other paragraphs (3.8 to 3.11) of the Ministerial Decree of 22 May 1995; The resolutions of the Board and the Academic Senate, respectively on 28 October 1998 and 12 November 1998, approved the proposal contained in the aforementioned resolutions of faculty '; Given the Ministerial Decree of 27 January 1998, published in Official Gazette no. 39 of 17 January 1998, art. 2, paragraph 4, provides for the possibility ', for the universities', to set themselves new faculty' and courses, with dependent resources of their balance sheets and no additional charges on state transfers to the university system; Given the known address of 16 June 1998 sent by the Ministry of the University 'and scientific and technological research, summary information intended to complete the autonomy of the universities' as well as' indications on immediately viable innovations, in accordance with Law No . 127 of 15 May 1997 (art. 17, paragraphs 95 and following); Decrees: The Statute of the University 'of Cagliari, approved and amended by the decrees mentioned in the introduction, and' further modified as shown below: Sole Article Article. 110 university teaching order, containing the tables with the annuities 'relating to individual degree courses of the faculty' of engineering, and 'amended as follows: Title XI FACULTY' Engineering (Table XXIX) Access to graduate programs of right 'and' regulated by law. Address: Industrial automation and robotics; biomedical; construction; energy; materials; production; land vehicles. 8) degree in engineering management. No addresses. At the completion of the studies it is achieved the title of "Doctor of Engineering" with the specification of the following degree. Art. 111 - Each of the five-year course can 'be divided into two teaching periods (semesters) with a duration of at least thirteen weeks of actual activity'.
