The GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 2409 dated June 28, 1995 by which the President of the Regional Council and was appointed, in accordance with art. law 5 February 24, 1992, n. 225, commissario governativo per l'emergenza idrica in Sardegna; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 2424 on February 24, 1996, which amendments have been made to that Ordinance # 2409/95; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of December 16, 1999 with which it was extended Lastly, the State of water emergency in Sardinia until the date of June 30, 2000; Having regard to its Ordinance # 78 of July 18, 1997, with which it was entrusted to the autonomous Flumendosa responsible to arrange for preparation of a case study in the management of artificial reservoirs of Sardinia; Since the Ente autonomo del Flumendosa provided for the completion of the mandate received by drawing up a study concerning, among other things, the tank on Mannu of Pattada in Monte Lerno; Given that on the basis of the study, by order No. 115 of December 5, 1998, approved the model of regulation of invaded on Mannu of Pattada in Monte Lerno but approved the volume supplied annually equal to 26 Mmc; Since recent weather events months were particularly dry and he made consequently must verify the status of availability in order to schedule resources until the date of December 31, 2000; Since for this purpose took place, in the Office of the Government Commissioner for the water crisis in Sardinia, a preparatory technical meeting on 1 March 2000 which took part: the regional Department of agriculture;
