The Director General of the Department for the development and strengthening of activities' research the Order of 6 August 1999, published in the Official Journal of 13 September 1999, n. 215 on the "Ranking of projects eligible for funding from the European Social Fund in the notice published in the ordinary supplement no. 31 to the Official Gazette no. 30 of 6 February 1999"; View the note of 5 November 1999, n. 1036 / U / 99 with which and 'was reported that the draft presented by the province of Naples, entitled "Expert design and management services for government agencies, companies and associations based on the use of Internet and Intranet networks", delivered to the MURST on April 15, 1999, was not among the projects evaluated for the purposes of the issue of the aforementioned list; Considering that, following the verification at the competent office the aforesaid project is protocollato arriving at no. 1742 of 15 April 1999 between the number of Protocol in 1741, the same date on the project presented by the builders of the province of Salerno and the number of the protocol in 1743, the same date on the project from the municipality of Scafati (Salerno); Given that the evaluation committee of the projects and their applications, of which the decrees of 12 May 1999, n. 175, and after 23 June 1999, n. 256, which met in an extra session to proceed with the evaluation of the project in question has assigned to the same overall score of 224; Considering that on the basis of this score the project fits in the general ranking of the project corresponding to the sequence number 55 with 1731 code and the project corresponding to the sequence number 56 with 1338 code; Decrees: Art. 1. The project with the preamble to which is assigned the code 1742 and 'entered on the short list, set out in Table No. 1 annexed to the decree of August 6, 1999 published in the Official Gazette of 13 September 1999, n. 215, after the sequence number 55.
