THE MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE FOR ECONOMIC PLANNING As art. 1, paragraph 79, of the Law of 28 December 1995, n. 549, that, out on mortgages activated for interventions in depressed areas in accordance with art. 4 of the Decree-Law of 23 June 1993, n. 244, converted into Law 8 August 1995, n. 341, allocates 600 billion lire to the financing of actions related to rapid mass transit constrained guide and fast tramways, a maintenance program and completion of the provincial road networks and natural gas infrastructure, putting back to this Committee the allocation among the various classes in question; Given the Decree-Law of 1 July 1996, n. 344, converted by Law 20 December 1996 n. 641, which provides for the contraction of additional loans, with the sole responsibility of the State of amortization expense, for the realization of initiatives to promote the social and economic development in depressed areas of the national territory and that question this Committee to proceed with the allocation of amounts arising from power the loan; the deliberation of 8 May 1996, n. 66 (Official Journal n. 149/1996), with which this Committee has split its lire 600 billion referred to in art. 1, paragraph 79 of Law no. 549/1995, allocating 200 billion lire a program related to provincial roads; Given the resolution November 27, 1996, n. 38 (Official Gazette no. 58/1997), with which this Committee approved an initial list of actions to be financed with part of this amount to 200 billion lire, and views the resolution December 18, 1997, n. 255 (Official Gazette no. 60/1998), with which this Committee approved amendments and additions to the program in question; Resolution views December 18, 1996, n. 275 (Official Gazette no. 28/1997), with which this Committee has reserved 5% of the resources obtainable from power of loans referred to the mentioned Law n. 641/1996 to specific types of intervention, then attributing, with subsequent resolution April 23, 1997, n. 84 (Official Gazette no. 163/1997) in the amount of 200 billion lire to the maintenance program and the completion of the provincial road networks and delegating to the Minister of Public Works to identify the works to be funded and referred to this Committee the relevant information; Given the decision of 4 August 2000 n. 75 (Official Gazette no. 256/2000) with which this Committee approved the distribution plan of the amount of 206.915 billion lire 200 billion resulting from availability 'of Law No. 641/1996 and, 6,915,000 revenienti to revocation ordered by the Ministry of dependents of former public works program law no. 341/1995 and has altresi ', approved the first list of maintenance and completion of the provincial road networks for a total of L. 84,188,100,000; Given that the apportionment prescribed by that Resolution no. 75/2000, on which he had spoken positively of the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, regions and autonomous provinces, and 'was made according to the criteria previously determined by dividing the entire ceiling of 400 billion lire and by unbundling of the equity attributable to each province, included within the depressed areas and the amount awarded previously, but without making negative adjustments; Note view n. 327 / Div. 3rd 8 March 2001, by which the Ministry of Public Works offers a second list of projects for a total of L. 115.932.268.847, indicating 31 August 2001 as the last date to be assigned to the provincial administrations for performing related events; Considering that the proposed list for admission to funding concerns interventions for which the Ministry of Public Works declares to have already 'carried out positively the consistency check to pre-established criteria and cantierabilità'; Noted that the Minister of the Treasury, Budget and Economic Planning, agreeing to respect, it endorsed the proposal; Noting that the Commission II CIPE infrastructure and 'spoken positively on the proposal at its meeting on 29 March 2001;
Resolution: 1. Approval of remedial measures. 1.1. E 'approved, for a total amount of 115 932 268 847 L., (Euro 59,874,020.07) an additional list of maintenance and completion of the various provincial networks that find funding in the quotas allocated to their respective provinces with the resolution called n. 75/2000: the list is appended as Annex 1 of this resolution, which forms an integral part.
