GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER view the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2409 on 28 June 1995 by which the President of the regional council and 'was appointed, pursuant to art. 5 of the law 24 February 1992 n. 225, government commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia; Given the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2424 dated February 24, 1996, by which amendments and additions were made to the above order no. 2409/1995; The Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of 16 June 2000 with which 'was extended, finally, the water emergency in Sardinia until the date of 31 December 2001; View the ordinance commissioner n. 198 of 9 June 2000 by which the Regional Minister of Public Works Mrs Sylvester Ladu, and 'was appointed sub-government commissioner with the task of finding and proposal of the interventions of the available water resources governance and planning of interventions needed to cope the emergency situation; Having regard to its ordinance no. 206 of 20 July 2000 - Flumendosa-Campidano-Cixerri system with which they were willing potted constraints of resources and disbursements have been regulated for drinking, industrial and irrigation purposes, with effect until 31 December 2000; Having regard to its ordinance no. 228 of 29 December 2000, by which the order, dated July 20, 2000, and 'was, among others, extended until 31 January 2001; View altresi 'its order no. 229 of 31 January 2001, in which the provisions contained in the order mentioned above 228, and 'was, among others, extended until 31 March 2001; View altresi 'its order no. 230 of 27 March 2001, in which the provisions contained in the order 229 have been updated and in which 'contained an analysis of available water resources to 1 March 2001 as well as' the allotment of the same, for various uses, until 30 September 2001; View the note of President ESAF n. 3618 of 29 May 2001, by which you are certain needs of different modulation of the daily time limit of provision of water resources assigned, with reference to the users served from the aqueduct of the Sulcis and with reference to other users of the territories with predominantly tourist use; Given that, as stated in the introduction of the aforementioned Ordinance n. 230 of 27 March 2001 for the aqueduct of Sulcis, managed dall'ESAF, without prejudice to the allocation of volumes, the time limits of delivery and 'expedient to be established by the management according to the particular local situations; Since, as already 'prepared for the year 2000 by order of n. 206 of 20 July 2000 on the system to that question, and 'appropriate that, even in the current year, the daily reduction of water supply for civil use, can be waived only for the land mainly for tourist use , subject to the overall constraint of the water resource volume assigned to the civil sector; Heard about the above sub-government commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia, as well as' the regional expression components of the scientific commission appointed by decision of the State, to support the government commissioner; Order: The provisions of the Ordinance commissioner n. 230 of 27 March 2001, for the reasons mentioned in the introduction and 'integrated in the following way: after art. 4 and 'added the following art. 5; "Art. 5. 1.
