Decrees: article 1. The art. 3 of the Decree of the Director-General of the autonomous administration of State monopolies June 19, 2000 is replaced by the following: "Art. 3 (Central Directorate of automated information systems and Administration). -1. The central management of automated information systems and administration is divided into the following divisions with its powers: computer systems and Accounting Division: Organisation, functioning and development of automated information services.

treatises concerning State-owned assets entrusted to the Administrative concessions;
ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of buildings;
activities related to the safety and health protection in the workplace. ". 2. The first paragraph of art. 4 of the Decree of the Director-General of the autonomous administration of State monopolies June 19, 2000 is replaced by the following: "1. the central management for administrative concessions is organised into the following divisions with its powers: Division lotto, lotteries and games: activities relating to the granting, management and control of concessions of the computerized lotto collection points;
Organization and conduct of national lotteries, traditional and instantaneous extension;
coordination and control of the activities of the dealers of the lotto games, lotteries and totalizer betting Formula called 101.
Division bingo game concessions: activities relating to the issuance and management of administrative concessions for the game called Bingo and related compliance matters;

control and supervision of the activity of dealers, of cash flows arising from the collection of the stakes and of the information system of centralized control.
Tax deposits and circulation control tobacco Division: provvedimentale activities for issuing administrative concessions in the sale of manufactured tobacco products through the offices;
entry in the retail price of manufactured tobacco, and updated the same rate;
membership at some matches, detection rate and accounting for the excise duty on football matches, as well as supervision of the Consorzio industrie fiammiferi;
