THE PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR work of Campobasso the Order of the President of the Republic 30 April 1970, n. 639; Having regard to Law 9 March 1989, n. 88; Given the circular of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security - Directorate General of security and social assistance - Division III, n. 33/89 of 19 April 1989; Considering the Decree n. 10 of 20 September 2002 by which and the provincial committee 'was established at the INPS office of Campobasso; Since the third paragraph of Art. 46 of the law 9 March 1989, n. 88; Considering that it is necessary to nominate four representatives of the category of activity 'commercial operators in the special provincial committee of the Board of the INPS office of Campobasso, reconstituted by the writer with the aforementioned decree no. 10 of 20 September 2002; Since the third paragraph of Art. 35 of the more 'times cited decree of the President of the Republic n. 639/1970, which provides that the same representatives are appointed on the nomination of the trade unions more 'representative operating in the province; Considering that to this end, limited to economic sectors, were interviewed the following trade union organizations at the provincial character of the Union of tourism trade and services - Confcommercio; Association trade operators - Confesercenti; Considering that for the correct formulation of the judgment on the degree of representativeness' of the aforementioned trade union organizations should be established in advance the evaluation criteria, and those criteria are identified in the following: 1) the numerical strength of the entities represented by the single trade union organizations recognized on the basis the data provided by them; 2) amplitude and territorial and sectoral spread of organizational structures on the provincial plan of each trade union organization; 3) the presence of representatives of trade unions within the public collegial bodies operating in the province; 4) the voting results for the election of representatives of category in public corporate bodies operating in the province; 5) effective participation and constant training and awarding of contracts and collective labor agreements; 6) participation in the handling of individual disputes, plural and collective work at the Provincial Directorate of Campobasso work as well as' the discussion of conciliate labor disputes at the trade union with subsequent deposit of the minutes at the same Labour Provincial Directorate; It believed that, limited to places to be attributed, are more 'representative those trade union organizations with effective and significant presence in the economic sectors concerned to the attivita' INPS; Considering that the findings of investigation measures and the resulting assessments, performed by reference to the above criteria and be designed to provide a representation of trade unions representatives of minority interests of the category, the following are the most representative trade unions: Union of the tourism trade and services - Confcommercio; Association trade operators - Confesercenti; Given the designations made by the competent trade union organizations; Note view n. 522 of 8 November 2002 Confcommercio which relates to the correction of the names of the members of the special committee of the category of activity 'commercial operators; Decrees: They are appointed as members of the special committee of the category of activity 'commercial operators within the provincial committee at the INPS office of Campobasso gentlemen: Mr. Matteo De Sanctis, born September 23, 1939; Mr. Zappone Louis, born 12 June 1948; Mr. Luciani Bruno, born January 13, 1939; Mr. Poce Raffaele, born June 3, 1943. The aforementioned special committee composed as above, and by the provincial committee members indicated by the third paragraph of Art. 46 of the law 9 March 1986, n. 88, pursuant to art. 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic 30 April 1970, n. 639, will last 'office for four years from the date of actual settlement (Art. 3, Law of 25 March 1999), this decree will be' published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic, cancels and replaces the previous Decree. 13 of 20 September 2002.
