GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER view the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2409 dated June 28, 1995 by which the President of the regional council and 'was appointed, in accordance with art. 5 of the law 24 February 1992 n. 225, Government Commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia; Given the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2424 dated February 24, 1996, with which you have made changes and additions to the aforesaid Ordinance 2409/95; The Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of 13 December 2001 and which 'was extended, finally, the water emergency in Sardinia until the date of 31 December 2003; View the ordinance commissioner n. 198 of 9 June 2000 by which the Regional Minister of Public Works and 'was appointed sub-government commissioner with the task of finding and proposal of the government interventions of the available water resources and the planning of measures required to deal with the emergency situation ; Having regard to its ordinance no. 257 of 24 October 2001, and 'they agreed to use programming of derivable resource volumes until the date of 28 February 2002; Since, the Regional Minister of Public Works - sub-government commissioner for the emergency water, with prot. n. 5535 of 26 February 2002, he announced: that it has established a card containing an examination of the water balance of the system I'm afraid-Cuga-Bidighinzu and a proposal for programming up to the date of 30 September 2002, between the various uses, the potted resources in system; the convening, in reference to that schedule, a meeting with the management bodies and the other organizations involved; Since, with the same note cited above, the Regional Minister of Public Works delivered the consequent proposed programming of water resources available in said system; It felt obliged to provide in accordance 'with this proposal; Given that, the water balance foreseen in the period from February 1, 2002 September 30, 2002 in fear-Cuga-Bidighinzu system is as follows: Amounts in million cubic ================ ================================================== === possessed volumes 1 February 2002 (*) .... 37.4 losses by evaporation .... 4.0 A deduced stock in the reservoir at 30 September 2002 (**) .... 11, 5 net usable volume .... 21.9 (*) Including 6 million cubic death total usable water from reservoirs of fear-Cuga. Requirements for the fear-Cuga-Bidighinzu system with immediate and 'bound effect, until 30 September 2002, as the basis for the drinking water, a water resource volume of 11.5 million cubic volume, available in system Temo-Cuga-Bidighinzu.
