GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER view the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2409 dated June 28, 1995, with which the ipresidente of the regional council and 'was appointed, in accordance with art. 5 of the law 24 February 1992 n. 225, Government Commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia; Given the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2424 dated February 24, 1996, by which amendments and additions were made to the above order no. 2409/1995; The Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of June 16, 2000, with whom and 'was extended, finally, the water emergency in Sardinia until the date of 31 December 2001; View the ordinance commissioner n. 256 of 24 October 2001, by which relatively to the Flumendosa-Campidano-Cixerri system resource constraints they were placed potted and have been regulated disbursements for drinking, industrial and irrigation purposes, with effect until 31 December 2001; Since, the Regional Department of Public Works, with prot. n. 25409 of 21 December 2001, it expressed the view that it is necessary to maintain the limits imposed by order no. 256 of 24 October 2001 and made a division of hypotheses, among other uses, the potted resources, up to the date of 31 January 2002, also reporting that in the absence of further significant inflows, it will be necessary 'to provide, from the first half' of January 2002, the transfer of water resources by the High Flumendosa (Bau Muggeris) and at the same time introducing further restrictions in the civil and industrial sectors; Given that the regional expression of components of the scientific commission appointed to support the Government Commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia have expressed a favorable opinion in reference to this proposal of resource allocation; Deemed it necessary to reiterate the constraints laid out for use for drinking water by the aforementioned Ordinance n. 256/2001; Order: Art. 1. Provisions on the Alto Flumendosa System 1. With immediate effect and 'constrained the available volume in the reservoirs of Bau Muggeris and Saint Lucia and subsequent natural runoff draining. 2.
