GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER view the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2409 dated June 28, 1995 by which the President of the regional council and 'was appointed, in accordance with art. 5 of the law 24 February 1992 n. 225, government commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia; Given the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2424 dated February 24, 1996, by which amendments and additions were made to the above order no. 2409/95; The Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of 16 June 2000 with which 'was extended, finally, the water emergency in Sardinia until the date of 31 December 2001; View the ordinance commissioner n. 198 of 9 June 2000 by which the Regional Minister of Public Works, and 'was appointed sub-government commissioner with the task of finding and proposal of the interventions of the available water resources governance and planning of interventions required to meet the situation of emergency; Having regard to its ordinance no. 235 of 27 March 2001 by which 'was programmed using the derivable resource volumes until the date of 30 September 2001 by Leni system; Given that on 25 September 2001 'held at the office of the government commissioner, a technical meeting aimed at updating the said Ordinance 235/2001, which was attended by the Regional Department of Public Works and components regional expression of the scientific commission appointed to support the government commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia; Since at that meeting and prepared by the Regional tab 'it was examined public works in which' contained an analysis of available water resources to 15 September 2001 in Leni tank in Monte Arbus and a grant from the assumptions October 1, 2001 28 February 2002; Since the budget of the tank shows that even assuming zero inflows during the period October 1, 2001 the stock on 28 February 2002 with the above mentioned order no. 235/2001 (6.2 cubic meters) can 'be maintained at 28 February 2002; Since the Regional Minister of Public Works, with prot. n. 18766 of October 9, 2001 announced that it had sent the requested institution above the reservoir manager card; Since the reclamation Consortium of South Sardinia has required irrigation allocation of 1.5 million cubic meters in the period October 200l-February 2002; Since the Regional Minister of Public Works gave a favorable opinion to acceptance of the assignment request made by the Reclamation Consortium of Southern Sardinia; Given that at the meeting held on October 9, 2001 at the office of the government commissioner, the regional expression of the scientific commission members have shared this opinion; Given the outcome of the meeting and the proposal made by the Regional Councillor for Public Works; Deemed it necessary to reiterate the constraints laid out for drinking water use of the aforementioned Ordinance n. 235 of 27 March 2001, in order to guarantee to 28 February 2002 for a drinking water supply; Order: Art. 1. Provisions relating to water system Flumendosa-Rio Leni in Monte Arbus 1. With immediate effect the total input from the board 38 Villacidro and integration for the scheme 37 S. Miali must be carried from the reservoir of Mt. Arbus and the Cannisoni crossbar. Therefore, this schedule should be disconnected from the Flumendosa-Campidano-Cixerri system. 2.
