The GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 2409 dated June 28, 1995 by which the President of the Regional Council and was appointed, in accordance with art. 5 February 24, 1992 Law No. 225, commissario governativo per l'emergenza idrica in Sardegna; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 2424 on February 24, 1996, which amendments have been made to that Ordinance # 2409/1995; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of June 16, 2000 with which it was extended Lastly, the State of water emergency in Sardinia until the date of December 31, 2001; View commissarial Decree No. 198 of June 9, 2000 with which the regional Minister of public works and was appointed sub-Government Commissioner with responsibility for investigation and proposal of the Government of available water resources and planning of remedial measures to address the emergency situation; Having regard to its Ordinance No. 242 of March 27, 2001 she placed derivable resource volume utilization programming until September 30, 2001; Since on September 25, 2001 was held at the Office of the Government Commissioner, a technical meeting aimed at updating the said Ordinance # 234/2001, which was attended by the regional Department of public works and regional scientific Commission nominated expression components in support of the Government Commissioner for the water crisis in Sardinia; Given that at that meeting it was reviewed a card prepared by the regional Department of public works in which it contains an analysis of available water resources in September 15, 2001 and a hypothesis of allotment thereof for the period from October 2001 to January 31, 2002; Since the volume allows unrestricted power to September 15, 2001 zealot, drinking until January 31, 2002 even without affiussi to the tanks, the card will not have any immediate restrictions on drinking supply subject to verification of such possibility in late November 2001, in connection with the performance of affiussi for the period October-December; Since the regional Minister of public works, sub-Commissioner for the water crisis, with note prot. # 18766 of October 9, 2001 announced that it had proceeded to send this card to the managing body of the storage capacity that did not make demands on; Considered the outcomes of the meeting and the proposal made by the regional Minister of public works;
Order: Art. 1. Provisions relating to the system of Govossai-Olai for the reasons mentioned above does not enforce any restrictions in drinking supply. The above provisions will be verified at the end of November 2001, in relation to the trend of inflows that will register in October and November 2001. It is compulsory to anyone it is to observe and enforce this Ordinance. This Ordinance is immediately enforceable, and it is published in the official journal of the Italian Republic, in accordance with art. 5 February 24, 1992 Law # 225, and sul Bollettino ufficiale della regione Sardegna, part II.
