GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER view the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2409 dated June 28, 1995 by which the President of the regional council and 'was appointed, in accordance with art. 5 of the law 24 February 1992 n. 225, government commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia; Given the order of the President of the Council of Ministers no. 2424 dated February 24, 1996, by which amendments and additions were made to the above order no. 2409/1995; The Order of the President of the Council of Ministers of 16 June 2000 with which 'was extended, finally, the water emergency in Sardinia until the date of 31 December 2001; View the ordinance commissioner n. 198 of 9 June 2000 by which the Regional Minister of Public Works, and 'was appointed sub-government commissioner with the task of finding and proposal of the interventions of the available water resources governance and planning of interventions required to meet the situation of emergency; View the ordinance commissioner n. 230 of 27 March 2001, in which relatively to the Flumendosa-Campidano-Cixerri system resource constraints they were placed potted and have been regulated disbursements for drinking, industrial and irrigation purposes, with effect until 30 September 2001; Having regard to its ordinance no. 244 of 29 May 2001 and No. 249 of July 7, 2001, with which we have made changes and additions to the aforementioned Ordinance n. 230/2001; Given that on 25 September 2001 'held at the office of the government commissioner, a technical meeting aimed at updating the said Ordinance no. 230 and subsequent amendments and additions, which was attended by the Regional Department of Public Works and the regional expression of components of the scientific commission appointed to support the government commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia: Since at that meeting 'was examined a form prepared by the regional Department of public works in which 'contained an analysis of available water resources to 15 September 2001 in the Flumendosa-Campidano-Cixerri System (Genna Is Abis) and an allotment of the same assumptions, for various uses until 31 December 2001; Since the Regional Minister of Public Works, with prot. n. 18766 of October 9, 2001 announced that it had sent the requested that schedule to the managing bodies of the reservoirs of which the dell'Ogliastra reclamation consortium has requested, in change compared to the hypothesis, an award from the reservoir of St. Lucia equal a total of 1 million cubic meters, while the reclamation Consortium of Southern Sardinia took in change compared to the hypothesis, an irrigated assignment from Flumendosa system of 4.1 million cubic meters in the period from October to December 2001; Since the Regional Minister of Public Works, with the same note cited above, gave a favorable opinion to acceptance either of the request from the dell'Ogliastra Reclamation Consortium, that the application for the reclamation of the southern Sardinia Consortium with the alert reference to this, that if the inflows to the system in the current hydrological year, may never be found to restore a sufficient stock in the system for multi-year adjustment, irrigation allocations in the period spring will fall at the expense of the allocation of resources in season spring-summer irrigation 2002; Given that at the meeting held at the office of the government commissioner, the regional expression components of the scientific commission appointed to support the government commissioner for the water emergency in Sardinia shared the favorable opinion of the Councillor of Public Works; Considered the abovementioned proposal and the outcomes of the meeting; Deemed it necessary to reiterate the constraints laid out for use for drinking water by the above ordinance n. 230/2001 and 249/2001, in order to ensure a supply of 31 December 2001 amounted to about nine months reduced by 25% of the drinking supply, with maximum dispensing nine hours / day; Order: Art. 1.
Provisions relating to the High Flumendosa System 1.
