The Minister for infrastructure and transport Saw the art. 229 of the new highway code approved with legislative decree of April 30, 1992, n. 285, published in the ordinary supplement to the official journal # 114 of May 18, 1992 that delegates the opportunities for transnational Republic to adopt, in accordance with the jurisdiction conferred, Community directives relating to matters governed by the same code; Visto l'art. 71 of the new highway code 2 paragraphs 3 and 4, which establishes the competence of the Minister of transport and navigation, meanwhile become Minister for infrastructure and transport, to decide on the rules of design and operational requirements for motor vehicles and their trailers inspired by Community law; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation of April 5, 1994, transposing Directive 92/61/EEC of June 30, 1992 relating to the type-approval of two or three-wheel motor vehicles, published in the ordinary supplement to the official journal # 99 of April 30, 1994, as amended by the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation of April 15, 1997 published in the Official Journal No. 112 of May 16, 1997; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation of April 20, 2000, transposing Directive 92/61/EC grinding on type-approval of two or three-wheel motor vehicles, published in Official Gazette No 119 of May 24, 2000; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation of December 7, 2000, implementing Directive 2000/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 20, 2000 on speedometers for two-or three-wheel motor vehicles and amending Council Directive 92/61/EEC relating to the type approval of two or three-wheel motor vehicles , published in the Official Gazette No. 1 of January 2, 2001; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation of November 3, 1994, implementing Directive 93/92/EEC of October 29, 1993 relating to the installation of lighting and light-signalling devices on two or three-wheel motor vehicles, published in the ordinary supplement to the official journal # 284 of December 5, 1994; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation of November 15, 1995, rectify the Ministerial Decree November 3, 1994 on the implementation of Directive 93/92/EEC, published in the Official Journal No. 290 of December 13, 1995; Having regard to Council Directive 2000/73/EC of November 22, 2000, published in the official journal of the European Communities No. L 300 of November 29, 2000, adapting to technical progress Council Directive 93/92/EEC relating to the installation of lighting and light-signalling devices on two or three-wheel motor vehicles;

Art. 1.1. Annexes II to VI to decrees of the Minister of transport and navigation of November 3, 1994, implementing Directive 93/92/EEC, shall be amended in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
