Purpose 'and Scope 1. The provisions of this Decree identify the functions and duties of the special offices for fixed installations to transport (USTIF) in the field of regional and local public transport services, on: a) security, with the exception of public transport services provided on the network licensed to RFI Spa; b) support to the activities' of the Directorate-General of the transport systems for fixed installations. 2.
