The GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of December 13, 2001 by which it was extended Lastly, the State of water emergency in Sardinia until the date of December 31, 2003; Having regard to the order of the Government Commissioner for the water crisis in Sardegna n. 274 of February 1, 2002 avente ad oggetto: "Fluorescent System-Campidano-Cixerri (Genna Is Abis) scheduling the resource volume utilization derivable from the date of February 1, 2002, which allocates water resources system Medio Campidano Flumendosa-Cixerri"; Considered that art. 4 of order # 274/2002 placed in no more than 6 hours per day at the time of delivery for drinking, articulated by the authorities according to the needs of network management, in all municipalities also fueled in part by the Middle Fluorescent system to an extent not exceeding 6 hours/day; View the Commissioner's June 6, 2002 # 293 of the Ordinance concerning: "Fluorescent System-Campidano-Cixerri (Genna Is Abis)"-programming of differentiable resource volume utilization, with whom (art. 4) it has been confirmed time of delivery to use drinking water to an extent not exceeding 6 hours/day for municipalities fed partly by the system of the Middle Flumendosa. Having regard to the order of the Government Commissioner for the water crisis in Sardegna n. the preliminary February 4, 2003 339: "Fluorescent System-Campidano-Cixerri (Genna Is Abis)-temporary exemption limits of use of water resources for the connected equipment to any derivative work of the Rio Santa Lucia and Cixerri to Genna Is Abis" by way of derogation from the provisions of the aforementioned Ordinance No. 274/2002 and n. 293/2002 he will, for municipalities fed by resources derived from the intake structure on the Rio Santa Lucia and invaded Cixerri to Genna Is Abis, delivering water resources for drinking water to an extent not exceeding 9 hours/day; Having regard to the order of the Government Commissioner for the water crisis in Sardinia # 343 of February 24, 2003, concerning: "Fluorescent System-Campidano-Cixerri (Genna Is Abis)-Validity provisions Ordinance # 293 of June 6, 2002" confirming the provisions of Ordinance No. 293 of June 6, 2002 up to the issuance of the new Ordinance, without prejudice to the derogation provided for in Ordinance No. 339 of February 4, 2003; Given that the E. A.f., Ente autonomo del Flumendosa, announced, today, that following the recent exceptional rainfall that affected the water catchment area of Flumendosa, are further Middle Flumendosa, potted in tanks of water, and about 53 Mmc further substantial contributions over the next few days; Considered also that occurred, or are near, maximum adjustment conditions in these overgrown Fluorescent system-Campidano-Cixerri: Genna Is Abis;

Flumineddu; Appropriate, pending the preparation of the water balance of the system in question at the end of the period of precipitation, budget that Earth's account of additional water supply which will be spoken, to extend to 24 hours daily supply of water resources for drinking water use, in order to reduce the current level of the reservoirs affected, making available to the public the existing resource and ensuring at the same time, the constant availability of capacity for further accumulation reservoirs; Considered it necessary to use that period to test for leaks in the system and the identification of possible improvements of systems;
Order: Art. 1. For the reasons mentioned in the introduction, without prejudice with order n. 343 of February 24, 2003, effective immediately and until March 31, 2003, E. A.f., Ente autonomo del Flumendosa is authorized to adjust, notwithstanding the commissarial regulations, including those laid down in Ordinance No. 343 of February 24, 2003, donations to municipalities and institutions derived from its own resources, fed intake works in such a way as to allow users to use drinking water delivery in 24 hours/day.
