The sunnominato amendment to the Protocol of 1 December 1986 on the privileges and immunity of the European Organisation for the exploitation of meteorological satellites (Eumetsat) whose ratification it was authorized by law no 176 of June 23, 1990, published in the Official Gazette No. 161 of July 12, 1990 and has been approved in accordance with decision of the Eumetsat Council meeting 48.ma.
