3) Snai S.p.a.; Having regard to the order of the Minister of finance August 2, 1999, # 278, as amended by the Decree of the Minister of economy and finance August 5, 2004, # 229, and in particular art. 10, paragraph 3, which provides that the Ministry of economy and finance-autonomous administration of State monopolies, establishes the types of bets, the events that constitute the object as well as its technical mode of conduct; Having regard to the Decree of the Director-General of the autonomous administration of State monopolies of January 19, 2005 published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana of January 28, 2005, which identified the sporting disciplines on which you can accept bets totalizer;
Features: Art. 1. The subject of regulation and definitions 1. This Decree defines the technical requirements of automotive and motorcycle events, tote bet calls "Big Race-Car Bike." 2. For the purposes of this Decree shall apply: a) AAMS, the autonomous administration of State monopolies;
b) opening of acceptance, the time at which the AAMS States open acceptance of the wager and the national Tote is enabled to accept bets;
c) closure of the acceptance, the time at which the AAMS States closed the bet and the national Tote is not enabled to accept bets in totalisator for that bet;
d) dealer, then the game singled out by AAMS, i.e to locate through the selection procedure, in compliance with national and Community rules;

f) outcome, the results certified by AAMS that occurs for each event;

v) altitude, the number, determined in accordance with the provisions of art. 11 of the Decree of the Minister of finance August 2, 1999, # 278, as amended by the Decree of the Minister of economy and finance August 5, 2004, # 229, which, multiplied by the unitary game mail, shall determine the amount of the winnings of each winning bet unit;
z) receipt of participation, the title that ensures the registration of national and Tote which is played, if they win and/or reimbursement, the only valid title bearer for the collection thereof;
AA) game card, paper, whose format and content are established by the AAMS, whose function is solely to bring the forecasts expressed by the participant;
BB) terminal of game, electronic equipment, provided by the dealer and used by retail outlets, for typing of the predictions, the acquisition of game tickets and print receipts for participation;
CC) national central processing system Tote, organised by AAMS, totalizer betting management;
DD) betting unit, the minimum set of predictions need to be able to accept the bet;
EE) winning bet unit, the unit of m bet that the odds indicated by the participant comply with the results of the betting event.
