Having regard to the Programme Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") signed on 5 October 2004 between the Ministry of Education, University 'and Research and the Friuli Venezia-Giulia, aimed at creating an area of technological excellence (technology district) concerning the molecular biomedicine, registered at the Court of Auditors on 18 September 2006; Seen, in particular, Article. 4 of the said Agreement provides that the commitment of the Ministry of Education, University 'and Research to fund projects related to activities' of industrial research and pre-competitive development in the field of molecular biomedicine to be realized in the territorial area of ​​the region Friuli Venezia Giulia; Given the notes of 20 September 2006 and 28 September 2006, which, respectively, the above CBM Consortium and the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia with regard to the adoption of this announcement, have indicated the opportunity 'to reserve 3 of 10 million euro planned for the period 2005-2006, the creation of spin-offs in the area of technological district of which the called Agreement; Withholding the opportunity 'to proceed to the implementation of actions specified in the called program agreement, the adoption of the decree in art. 12 of the Ministerial Decree n. 593 8 August 2000, for a commitment of resources of FAR amounted to 10 million euro, of which 3 million euro reserved to finance projects to be submitted, in the same topics, under and for the purposes 'referred to' art. 11 of the said Ministerial Decree n. 593/2000; Having regard to Legislative Decree February 3, 1993, n. 29, as amended and supplemented; Decrees: Art. 1. General Objectives 1. In this context, the MUR and the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia have agreed on the need 'to adopt a common strategy to carry out, in the scientific and technological fields aforementioned, interventions and actions aimed at supporting activities' research, the increase degree of innovation in enterprises, the development of human resources and initiatives that promote the link to the business and technology centers associated with universities' and research centers. 6. Through these projects, we intend to promote the activities 'aimed at acquiring new knowledge aimed at the development of new products, processes, services, or the improvement of existing ones, that' in order to contribute to the strengthening of the sector molecular biomedicine and the promotion and socio-economic development of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. 8.
