S.p.A., Torre d'Otranto S.p.A. and Costa di Sibari S.p.A., for the realization of integrated tourist centres in Sicily (Sciacca-AG), Calabria (Simeri Crichi-CZ, Gizzeria-CZ and Sibari-CZ) and Puglia (Otranto-LE), all within the Objective 1 covered by derogation from art. 87.3. a) of the Treaty C.E. and they allowed investments to 319,266,000 euro, financial facilities amounting to 141,151,470 euros (74,534,500 euros euro 7,507,630 load borne by the State, of the Sicilian region, 40 million euro a load of Calabria and 19,109,340 euros at the expense of the Puglia region) and new direct employment of 1,449 Light with a condition for the realization of investments set at thirty-six months from the conclusion of the contract; Having regard to its resolution March 22, 2006, # 18 (Official Gazette No. 180/2006), which have been adjusted some employment data and the location of some of the initiatives planned by the aforementioned programme contract; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3540 of August 4, 2006 urgent civil protection provisions, providing that the Calabria region to prepare, in consultation with the Ministry for economic development, Department for development and cohesion policies, a multiannual programme of direct intervention to deal with the flood emergency of Vibo Valentia of July 3, 2006 , to be financed through the reallocation of resources remaining for the same region from the programme contract approved by the said resolution No. 84/2004; Considering that the region of Calabria, with delibera della Giunta regionale n. 210 of April 23, 2007, allocated to the co-financing of the annual programme of measures its own share of resources, equal to 19,893,359 euro, which has become available as a result of the rescheduling of the aforementioned program agreement; Having regard to its resolution 25/2007, adopted today, which approved the rescheduling of planned investment in Calabria Italy Tourism Development program approved agreement with the said resolution No. 84/2004 and placed so that the savings achieved for the least burden expected, all relative to operations located in the Calabria region amounted to 48,249,700 euros (28,356,341 euros from the State and 19,893,359 euro a load of Calabria), are placed at the disposal of the competent Commissioner structure, pursuant to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers; Considered that the abovementioned quota to the State of 28,356,341 euros must be transferred, pursuant to art. 60 of the Finance Act 2003, the Ministry of economic development incentives from the Fund to the Fund under art. 61 in the same Finance Act, for the subsequent provision of the competent Commissioner structure; On the proposal of the Minister of economic development, Resolution: as A result of restructuring investments planned in Calabria Italy Tourism Development program agreement pursuant to resolution of this Committee # 25/2007 adopted today, are available on the Ministry of economic development incentives Fund resources equal to 28,356,341 euro as a lesser burden on the State for the financing of the programme contract. Such resources for financing the plan of remedial measures in that region referred to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Ordinance # 3540/2006 callback in the introduction, are transferred to the Fund for underused areas provided for by art. 61 of law no 289/2002 for their subsequent provision in favour of all the competent Commissioner.
