Coop. a r.l., with registered office in Bologna, via Jacopo Barozzi # 8, it was authorised to carry out control activities in organic farming; Having regard to the request submitted by the Consortium for the control of organic products. Coop. a r.l., which has been called the revocation of authorization to pursue the activity of control on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs; Considered proceeding with the adoption of the decision to withdraw an authorization of the Consortium for the control of organic products. Coop. a r.l.; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, laying down general rules on the sort of labour employed by public administrations;
Decrees: Art. 1. The Consortium for the control of organic products. Coop. a r.l., with registered office in Bologna, via Jacopo Barozzi # 8, it revokes attributed by Ministerial Decree of December 18, 1996 to exercise control activity on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs;
