The Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies having regard to Directive 2000/29/EC #, May 8, 2000, on protective measures against the introduction into the community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the community, as amended; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of August 19, 2005, # 214, concerning the implementation of Directive 2002/89/EC on protective measures against the introduction into and the spread within the community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products, as amended; Having regard to Council Directive No. 2008/109/EC of November 28, 2008 amending Annex IV to Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the community; Given the need to transpose the directive no. 2008/109/EC, pursuant to art. 57 of legislative decree 214 above; Acquired the national plant protection Committee opinion expressed at its meeting on 19 and January 20, 2009; Acquired the approval of the Standing Conference for the relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, expressed at its meeting of March 25, 2009;
Decrees: article 1.
