The MINISTER of labour and Social Affairs in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance Saw the art. 2, paragraph 138-140 of the Act December 23, 2009, # 191, which provides that the Minister of labour and Social Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance may have, by way of derogation from existing legislation, granting and/or renewal, without solution of continuity, of redundancy, services of mobility and special unemployment even with reference to the productive sectors and regional areas; Visto l'art. November 29, 2008, 19 of Decree-Law n. 185, converted, with amendments, into law no January 28, 2009. 2, and subsequent additions and modifications; Visto l'art. 18, paragraph 1, letter a) of Decree-Law No 185 November 29, 2008, converted, with amendments, into law No 2 January 28, 2009, establishing the Social Fund for employment and training; Having regard to the agreement of February 12, 2009 enshrined in the Conference State-regions and autonomous provinces; View the subsequent agreement of April 8, 2009 in implementation of the aforementioned agreement; Having regard to the CIPE # 2 of March 6, 2009; Having regard to the CIPE n. 70 of July 31, 2009; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers of April 9, 2009 laying down more urgent provisions resulting from the earthquakes that hit the province of L'Aquila and other towns in the Abruzzo region; Having regard to the agreement the Government reached with the Ministry of labour and social policy, dated April 14, 2010, which were allocated to the region of Abruzzo: in step 1), €30 million for the grant or extension, by way of derogation from existing legislation, redundancy treatments, ordinary and/or extraordinary, of mobility, special fixed-term workers jobless and indeterminate including apprentices and workers administered, businesses located in the region;
in point 14), €30 million to social shock absorbers in derogation in favour of employees who perform their own performance in the municipalities under art. 1 of the Ordinance mentioned in the introduction, to be with the full coverage of income support to national funds and with the terms of art. 2, paragraph 3, of the Ordinance; Considered, therefore, to allocate 30 million euros for the granting or postponement notwithstanding current legislation of treatments of ordinary and/or extraordinary earnings, layoffs, unemployment, mobility special fixed-term and permanent workers, including apprentices and workers administered, businesses located in the region of Abruzzo; Felt, also, to allocate 30 million euros for social safety nets as an exception to existing law in favor of employees who perform their own performance in the municipalities of art. 1 of Ordinance # 3754 of the President of the Council of Ministers of April 9, 2009, to be with the full coverage of income support to national funds;
Decrees: Art. 1 are assigned to the Abruzzo region: €30 million at the end of granting or postponement, notwithstanding the relevant laws of ordinary and/or extraordinary earnings, layoffs, unemployment, mobility special fixed-term and permanent workers, including apprentices and workers administered, businesses located in the region;
€30 million to social shock absorbers in derogation in favour of employees who perform their own performance in the municipalities under art. 1 of the Ordinance of the President of the Council of Ministers of April 9, 2009, and subsequent amendments and additions, to be with the full coverage of income support to national funds and with the terms of art. 2, paragraph 3, of the Ordinance.
