DIRECTOR FOR EXCISE Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies view the law July 17, 1942, n. 907, on the monopoly of salt and tobacco, as amended; Having regard to Legislative Decree 26 October 1995, n. 504, as amended and supplemented, consolidated text of the laws concerning taxes on production and consumption and related criminal and administrative sanctions; Given the Ministerial Decree of 22 February 1999, n. 67, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the regulations concerning the establishment and the regime of tax warehouses and circulation as well as 'the activities' of assessment and control of taxes on manufactured tobacco; Having regard to Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165, as amended, laying down general rules for the organization of employment by the public authorities; Having regard to Legislative Decree 24 June 2003 n. 184, laying down the implementation of Directive 2001/37 / EC concerning the manufacture, presentation and sale of tobacco products; Since its inclusion in tariffs for products subject to excise duty and its variations are governed by Article 39-quater of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 26 October 1995, n. 504, and subsequent amendments and additions, and they are made in relation to the prices requested by suppliers, according to the allocations in Table A) - cigarettes - attached to the Decree of 30 September 2011 published in the Official Gazette no. 236 of 10 October 2011, Table C) - cigarillos - attached to the Decree of 13 October 2011 is currently being finalized, Table B) - cigars - at the Table D) - fine-cut tobacco intended for the rolling of cigarettes - , table E - other smoking tobacco - and table F) - snuff and chewing - attached to the decree of 16 September 2011, published in the Official Gazette no. 225 of 27 September 2011; Given the instances in which British American Tobacco Italy SpA, the International Tobacco Agency Srl, the Gryson Nv, Continental Tobacco Italy Srl and J. Cortes Cigars Nv asked to vary the sale price of some brands of tobacco products; Considering that it is necessary to proceed to the insertion variation of some tobacco brands manufactured in accordance 'the prices demanded by the above company' with the above instances, the sales rate of Table A) - cigarettes - attached to the Decree of September 30, 2011 , table C) - cigarillos - attached to the decree of 13 October 2011, to the table D) - fine-cut tobacco intended for the rolling of cigarettes -, table E) -
