D) in environmental science, achieved on November 9, 2000 at the State University of Veszprem (Hungary) '; Visto l'art. 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 206 already, which provides that the procedures for the exercise of the profession benefit from the recognition of professional qualifications must possess the necessary language skills; Considered that, under C.M. September 23, 2010, # 81, it is exempted from submission of documentation «CELI 5 Doc» on the knowledge of the Italian language, as it is in possession of degree obtained in Italy; Noted that, in accordance with art. 3, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the aforementioned legislative decree n. 206, recognition is required for access to the profession that corresponds to that for which she is qualified in the home Member State; Noted that, in accordance with art. 19 of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2007, the exercise of the profession in question in the country of origin is subject to possession of a post-secondary cycle lasting at least four years, as well as the performance of educational-pedagogical training required in addition to post-secondary studies; Given the favourable assessment expressed in the Conference services at its meeting of March 9, 2009, issued in accordance with art. 16, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree n. 206/2007; Given the directorial Decree, prot. # 4112 of April 24, 2009, which subordinates, upon exceeding of countervailing measures, the recognition of professional qualifications in the subject; Having regard to the note June 23, 2011-prot. # 9356, with which the general direction of the school staff-Uff. III of the regional school for Veneto-announced the successful completion of the adaptation done by concerned only for the class 59/A; Established that the conditions exist for the recognition, since the title held by the interested party proves a professional training that meets the conditions laid down by Legislative Decree n. 206, depending on the nature, duration and composition of vocational training possessed;

The title of professional training: «Diplomă de Inginer Substanţeor Anorganicę technology in full specializarea: Chimie-» J-Series Nr. 23054 issued by Universitatea "Babes-Bolyai" from Cluj Napoca (Romania) on June 19, 1993, with "examinations of pedagogy», certified by the same Universitatea" Babes-Bolyai "from Cluj Napoca (Romania), owned by the town community (Italian, Romanian and Hungarian) Eva Zsuzsanna Bencze syndrome, born in Singeorgiul of Padure (Romania) on April 7, 1970, as supplemented by compensatory measure of directorial Decree mentioned in the introduction, pursuant to and for the purposes referred to in Legislative Decree November 9, 2007 , n. 206, it is title of qualification to the profession of teacher in secondary schools, in classes of competition: 59/A-math, science in secondary school. 2. this Decree, as much as art. 16, paragraph 6, of the aforementioned legislative decree n. 206/2007, it is published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
