The Ministry of economic development, as the authorities concerned pursuant to Legislative Decree No 152 April 3, 2006, GIVEN that-the company Terna Rete Elettrica Nazionale S.p.A., with registered office in Viale Egidio Galbani, 70, 00156 Rome, sent, in accordance with article 1-ter of Decree-Law No 239 August 29, 2003 laying down urgent measures for the security of the national electricity system and electricity power recovery , converted by law no 290 October 27, 2003, the Ministry of economic development-Department of energy, Directorate-General for nuclear energy, renewable energy and energy efficiency, the documentation for the proposed "NATIONAL ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION GRID DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2011", for its approval, with note gained to Protocol 0003552 of February 18, 2011; -the plan is prepared annually by Terna S.p.A. According to the provisions of the Decree of the Ministry of productive activities April 20, 2005 on the granting to Terna S.p.A. transmission activities and dispatching electricity, edited and updated by Decree of the Minister of economic development December 15, 2010, and contains the national transmission grid control measures planned to ensure safety, reliability and coverage of national electricity needs; -the measure of approval of this plan can be adopted only with the conduct of strategic environmental assessment; -the company Terna Rete Elettrica Nazionale S.p.A., as the proponent, pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent modifications and integrations, upon publication of this notice shall, in accordance with art. 13 of the same Decree, the Ministry of environment and protection of land and sea-general direction for environmental assessments, the Commission test technique of environmental impact-section VAS, the Ministry for cultural heritage and activities, Directorate General for landscape, fine arts, architecture and contemporary art and, for information, to the Ministry of economic development-Department of energy Directorate-General for nuclear energy, renewable energy and energy efficiency, demand for reasoned opinion, in the context of strategic environmental assessment of this proposed "NATIONAL ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION GRID DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2011"
