THE MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE FOR ECONOMIC PLANNING Having regard to Law 21 December 2001 n. 443, which, in art. 1, has determined that the public and private infrastructure and strategic installations and major national interest, to be carried out for the modernization and development of the country, they are identified by the government through a program formulated according to the criteria and procedural directions contained in that Article delegating to this Committee to approve, in the first application of the law, that program by 31 December 2001; Having regard to Act 1 August 2002, n. 166, which, in art. 13, in addition to bear changes to the mentioned art. 1 of Law no. 443/2001 and to authorize commitment in fifteen-limits for the design and construction of the works included in the program approved by this committee; The Order of the President of the Republic June 8, 2001, n. 327, containing the consolidated text of the laws and regulations on expropriation for public utility ', and subsequent amendments and additions; Having regard to Legislative Decree of 12 April 2006, n. 163 ( "Code of public contracts for works, services and supplies in implementation of Directives 2004/17 / EC and 2004/18 / EC ') and subsequent amendments and additions, and having regard in particular: Part II, Title III, Chapter IV on "Jobs Around strategic infrastructure and production facilities," and specifically art. 163, which it gives the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport the responsibility 'of investigations of strategic infrastructure, making use of special "Technical Mission Structure"; Article. 256, which repealed Legislative Decree 20 August 2002, n. 190, concerning the "Implementation of the law n. 443/2001 for the construction of infrastructure and strategic installations of production and of national interest ", as amended by Legislative Decree 17 August 2005, n. 189 '; Given the Decree-Law 6 December 2011, n. 201, entitled 'Urgent provisions for growth, equity' and the consolidation of public finances' (published on the same date in the Official Gazette 284/2011 - SO 251) that art. 41, paragraph 4, states that the resolutions passed by the CIPE in relation to public works projects are formalized and transmitted to the President of the Council of Ministers for signing within thirty days from the seat on which the decision is taken; Having regard to its decision of 21 December 2001, n. 121 (Official Gazette no. 51/2002 SO), with which this committee, under the most 'sometimes called art. 1 of Law no. 443/2001, has approved the 1st program of strategic infrastructure, which includes Annex 1, in the context of urban systems, work on railway stations of Bari, Bologna, Florence, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Palermo, Rome, Turin , Venice, Mestre and Verona; Given the resolution of 14 March 2003 n. 10, with which this committee has approved, with requirements, the final draft of "functional improvements to the buildings of station '(internal works) and preliminary drafts of" complementary infrastructure to the buildings of station' (so-called external works), relating to the stations Bari central, central Bologna, Firenze Santa Maria Novella, Genova Brignole, Genova Porta Principe, the central Milan, Naples centers, central Palermo, Roma Termini, Porta Nuova, Venice Saint Lucia, Venice Mestre, Verona Porta Nuova, assigning, for the realization of those additional infrastructure, a contribution of 260.8 million euro, in terms of investment volume, from the resources of art. 13 of Law no. 166/2002; Given the resolution July 25, 2003, n. 63 (Official Gazette no. 248/2003), with which this committee had made, inter alia, indications of a procedural nature concerning the activities 'of support that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and' called upon to play in the supervision of the implementation of the interventions included in the program of strategic infrastructure; Given the resolution of 29 September 2004 n. 44, with which this committee has approved the final draft of the "integrated video surveillance system," the central stations Bologna, Florence S.
