THE RECTOR Given the current status of the Universita 'of the "Carlo Bo" of Urbino, issued with the Rector's Decree no. 1192/2008 of 15 November 2008, published in the Official Journal on 2 December 2008, n. 282; In view of art. 6, paragraph 9 of the law 16 May 1989 n. 168; In view of art. 2, paragraph 2 of Law 30 December 2010, n. 240; In view of art. 49 of Decree Law 9 February 2012, n. 5; Given the Rector's decree no. 109/2011 of 11 March 2011 with which 'was set up the body responsible for preparing the statutory amendments under Law No. 240/2010, art. 2, paragraph 5; Seen the minutes of the meeting in joint session of the Senate and of the Board of Directors of 21 April 2011 in which they were proposed guidelines according to which the body consisting had to prepare the new text of the Statute; The resolutions n. 118/2011 and n. 116/2011, respectively, of the Senate and of the Board of 12 July 2011 by which the guidelines for the statutory audit have been approved; Given the note prot. n. 3389 of 4 August 2011 by which the Ministry of Education shall allocate Universita 'further period of three months provided for in Article. 2, paragraph 6 of Law no. 240/2010; Considering that, in order to ensure a more 'extensive participation in the identification of the founding and fundamental rules of the University, were consulted the faculty', representatives of regional and local authorities and employers 'and workers' organizations of the territory; Seen the text elaborated by the Body appointed to the preparation of statutory changes announced by the President to the members of the Senate and of the Board on 17 October 2011; Given the resolution of the Senate n. 187/2011 of 18 October 2011 which approved with amendments the text of statutes produced by the Commission; Given the resolution no. 188/2011 of 26 October 2011 by which the Academic Senate, upon the favorable opinion expressed by the Management Board resolution no. 165/2011 of 25 October 2011, approved the statute of autonomy of the University '; Given the note prot. n. 25473 of 27 October 2011 with which 'was sent to the Ministry of Education, for the prescribed opinion, the text of the approved statute; Given the note prot. n. 1026 February 24, 2012 with which the Ministry of Education announced the remarks and requests for amendments to the text submitted; Given the resolution no. 28/2012 of 8 March 2012 by which the senate, after the opinion rendered by the Management Board resolution no. 23/2012 of 8 March 2012, approved the statute taking into account the comments received from the Ministry of Education; Given the note prot. n. 6694 of 19 March 2012 with which 'was sent to the Ministry of Education Resolution above the text of the amended Constitution; Considering that the Ministry of Education, University 'and Research did not disclose further observations or comments on the text of the statute of autonomy passed; Considered that it is appropriately used the administrative procedure provided for the enactment of the Statute of Autonomy of Universities'; Given the laws and regulations relating to the Universities'; Decrees: 1. E 'enacted the statute of autonomy of the University' of the "Carlo Bo" of Urbino in the text given below: "Title I - GENERAL PROVISIONS. Art. 1 (Principles). - 1. The University 'of Urbino Carlo Bo studies and' public institution, has personality 'and full legal capacity' of public and private law; It has statutory, regulatory, scientific, educational, organizational, financial and accounting, is organized and operates according to this constitution, fundamental expression of its autonomy. 2. For the purpose of this Statute for "Universita '" and "University" means the "Universita' of Urbino Carlo Bo" established in the city 'of Urbino. 3. The primary purpose of the University 'is the promotion and organization of scientific research and higher education, the processing and transmission of scientific knowledge, the training of all staff, the cultural and professional training of students and students, the permanent and recurrent training, cultural innovation, science and technology in society 'as well as', in the forms that are proper, the development of the territory. 4. Art. 4 (Sources of funding). - 1. Art. 5 (Statute). - 1. Title II - STRUCTURES AND ACTIVITIES 'TEACHING AND RESEARCH. Art. 8 (teaching and research facilities). - 1. Art. 11 (Director of the department and the junta). - 1. The Academic Senate and 'consists of eighteen members: a) the Rector, who presides; b) three representatives of male and female students; c) twelve teachers elected to respect the different scientific disciplines and applications areas, including: 1) no less than four and not more than 'nine department directors; 2) no less than three and no more 'than six associate professors or researchers, including any elected from among the heads of departments, while ensuring that at least one researcher and at least an associate professor.
