The HEAD of the DEPARTMENT for transport, navigation and information systems and statistics having regard to Regulation (EC) no 1071/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 21, 2009 establishing common rules concerning the conditions to be complied with to pursue the activities of road transport operator and repealing Council Directive 96/26; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 1072/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 21, 2009 establishing common rules for access to the international road haulage market; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1073/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 21, 2009 establishing common rules for access to the international market for coach and bus transport and amending Regulation (EC) No 561/2006; Visto l'art. 16 (1) of Regulation (EC) no 1071/2009 which provides that each Member State shall keep a national electronic register of road transport undertakings authorised to engage in the occupation of road transport operator; Visto l'art. 16, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EC) no 1071/2009 which provides that the national electronic registers contain at least the information hereunder; Visto l'art. 16, paragraph 5 of Regulation (EC) no 1071/2009 which provides that 1 ' accessibility to national electronic registers and their interconnection is implemented by December 31, 2012; Having regard to the Commission decision of December 17, 2009 on minimum requirements for data to be entered in the national electronic register of road transport undertakings; Given that Regulations Nos 1071, 1072 and 1073/2009 shall apply from the date of December 4, 2011; Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 1213/2010 of December 16, 2010 laying down common rules on interconnection of the national electronic registers of road transport undertakings; Having regard to the Decree of the head of Department for transport, navigation and information systems and technical provisions before November 25, 2011 statistical application of Regulation (EC) no 1071/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 21, 2009, about grandmas municipalities concerning the conditions to be complied with to pursue the activities of road transport operator and repealing Council Directive 96/26/EC; Visto l'art. April 30, 1992, 226 of Legislative Decree n. 285 (Highway Code) on the Organization of the archives and the National Ministry of infrastructure and transport; Visto l'art. the Decree of the President of the Republic December 16, 1992, 402 n. 495, regarding the regulation of execution of the new highway code, concerning the national archive of vehicles; Considered that art. 11 of the Decree of the head of Department for transport, navigation and information systems and statistics of November 25, 2011 instituted the national electronic register of firms that are authorised to practise as a carrier of goods or persons by road; Deemed it necessary to dictate the content of regulations implementing measures mentioned above;
Decrees: Art. 1 national electronic register 1. The national electronic register of road transport undertakings that are authorised to practise as a road transport operator established under art. 11 of the Decree of, head of the Department for transport, navigation and information systems and statistics of November 25, 2011, is obliged, under the Department for transport, navigation and information systems and statistics, as regards the technical aspects, from Division 7-data processing centre of the Directorate-General for acting administrative guidelines provided by the General Directorate for road transport and intermodal. 2. the functions of national contact point (NCP) in art. 18 of Regulation (EC) no 1071/2009, established under art. 11, paragraph 7 of the Decree of the head of Department for transport, navigation and information systems and statistics of November 25, 2011, were held within the Department for transport, navigation and information systems and statistics, by the Directorate-General for Road Transport-Division 4.
