Decrees: Art. 1 1. The body G & R certification body S.r.l., via g. De Pedra, 43 71100 Foggia, is authorized to carry out the activity of CE certification pursuant to Directive 95/16/EC and the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 162/1999 "implementation of Directive 95/16/EC on lifts for the following attachments and conformity assessment modules: annex VI: final exam;
Annex X unit verification (module G); as well as:

inspection activity in accordance with the provisions of articles 13 and 14 of the Decree of the President of the Republic # 162/1999. 2. the body shall carry out the activities referred to in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the provisions contained in art. 6 of the Decree of the President of the Republic # 162/1999 quoted.
