BAB I

POSITION, DUTIES, AND FUNCTION

Article 1

(1) The Polytechnic Science Polytechnic is

the college in the Ministry of Law

and Human Rights, which are below and

Human Rights.

e. implementation of quality assurance systems;

f. internal surveillance implementation;

g. implementation of the academic sivity of academia;

h. implementation of the general administration; and

i. implementation of evaluation and reporting.

BAB II

ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT

Article 4

(1) The Polytechnic Science Polytechnic consists of:

a. Director and Deputy Director;

b. The Board of truss;

c. Senate;

d. Mutu Warranty Service;

e. Internal Surveillance Unit;

f. Sections of Academic and Ketarunaan Administration;

g. General Administration section;

h. Study Program;

i. Research and Engagement Center to

Society; and

j. Supporting Unit.

(2) The structure of the Correctional Science Polytechnic organization

Section 5

Director as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (1)

Article 10

Section 11

(1) The Mutu Warranty Unit as referred to

Article 13

The Academic and Ketarunaan Administration Section is composed

b. Subsections of the Administration of the Administration.

Section 17

(1) Academic Administration subsections have a task

General Administration Section

Article 18

The General Administration section consists of:

a. Subsections of the Public and Financial Markets; and

b. Subsections Tata Effort and Household.

Article 22

(1) The Workforce And Financial Subsections have

the task of conducting employee administration affairs

and finance.

(2) Tata Business and Household Subsections

has the task of doing business planning,

housework, and community relations.

Eighth Section

Study Program

Article 23

(1) The study program is a unit of learning plans

as the staging guidelines for vocational education

which are organized on the basis a curriculum,

and intended that cadets be able to master

knowledge, skills, and appropriate attitudes

with the curriculum objectives.

(2) The Study Program is led by the Chair of the Study Program.

Article 24

The Study Program consists of:

a. Correctional Management Studies Program;

b. Correctional Engineering Studies Program; and

c. Correctional Guidance Study Program.

Article 25

(1) The Chair of the Study Program in performing its duties

is responsible to the Director.

(2) The Study Program Chairman is appointed and dismissed by

Director with Senate consideration.

The Center for Research and Engagement to the Society

Section 26

The Center for Research and Engagement to the Society

as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (1) letter i

is an academic managing element in the field

applied research and devotion to the community.

Article 27

(1) Research and Engagement Centre to the Society

The next one is called PPPM have a task

to communities.

on paragraph (1), the PPPM organizes functions:

a. implementation of applied research in the field

correctional;

b. execution of service to the community;

c. execution of the publication of applied research results

the community needs;

e. monitoring and evaluation of execution of activities

research and devotion to the community;

and

f. The administration of the PPPM administration.

Article 28

(1) the PPPM as referred to in Article 27 is composed

b. Secretary; and

c. Functional Position Group.

At the time the Minister's Ordinance came into effect, all

the enforcement rules of the Decision of the Minister

Judiciary Number M. 06-PR.07.03 Year 1999 about

Organization and The Workout of the Academy of Corrections Science,

is stated to still remain in effect at all times

contradictory and/or unaltered or replaced with

new implementation regulations under the Regulation

Changes to organizational and governance arrangements
