WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF RELIGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: A. that in order to accelerate the execution of activities

and the simplification of financial accountability

Government assistance, necessary for the change over

Religious Ministers Regulation Number 67 Year 2015 about

Help Government on the Ministry of Religious Affairs;

b. that based on considerations as

referred to in letter a, need to establish the Regulation

Minister of Religious Affairs on the Second Amendment of Regulation

Minister of Religious Numbers 67 of 2015 on the Help

Government on Ministry Of Religion;

STIPULATING: THE RULE OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE CHANGE

SECOND ON THE REGULATION OF THE 67 RELIGIONS MINISTER 2015

ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE IN THE MINISTRY

AGAMA.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Numbers

67 Years 2015 on Government Assistance

Ministry of Religious Affairs (Indonesian Republic of the Year

2015 Nomor1655) as it has been edited with

Regulation of Religious Affairs Number 22 of 2016 on

Changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 67 Year

2015 on Government Assistance to the Ministry of Religious

(State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2016) Number 611)

changed as follows:

1. The terms of the paragraph (2) of the letter a Section 5 are amended, so

Article 5 reads as follows:

Section 5

(1) The Government's assistance is given

the award is given to the individual,

the community group, government agencies, and

non-government agencies.

(2) Government assistance is a given scholarship

to:

a. Students of Indonesian citizens who

achievements that study in/abroad

who study in

madrass/college/Colleges

Religious/Public Colleges; and

b. Foreign students who study at the College

High Religions in Indonesia.

(3) Government assistance is a teacher professions allowance

given to:

a. non-PNS teachers who teach at institutions

religious/religious education established

by the public listed on

Ministry of Religious Affairs; and

b. non-PNS religious teachers who teach in

public schools.

(4) Government assistance is the other allowance

given to the individual (nonPNS) who

is in charge of a nonformal religious institution.

(5) Government Assistance with operational help

given to educational institutions and institutions

religious established by the society that

is listed on the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

(6) the educational institution and religious institution

2. Between paragraphs (5) and (6) Section 11 is inserted 1 (one)

paragraph, the paragraph (5a), and paragraph (6) of Section 11 is changed,

so that Article 11 reads as follows:

Section 11

(1) The Government Assistance Proposals as

referred to in Article 10 in verification by PPK.

(2) In terms of required, PPK as intended

on paragraph (1) may form the Verification Team.

(3) Verify as referred to in paragraph (1)

includes administration requirements completeness and

document supporting.

(4) In terms of required verification of eligibility

3. The provisions of paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of Section 12 are amended, and in

between paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of Section 12 is inserted a single paragraph,

that is, paragraph (2a), so that Section 12 reads as

following:

Section 12

(1) Redemption Government Support recipients

as referred to in Section 11 of the paragraph (7)

at least include:

a. identity recipient ' s identity; and

b. The amount/volume of goods and/or services.

(2) In terms of the Government's assistance in the form of money,

the establishment of a Government Assistance recipient other than

listed the provisions as intended

on the paragraph (1), must list the number account

recipient of the Government Help at Perception Bank,

if paid with the Letter

Direct Pay Order.

(2a) The obligation as referred to by paragraph (2)

is excluded if done cash payments

through supply money.

(3) In terms of Help Government-shaped goods,

designation of government assistance recipients other than

listed provisions as intended

in paragraph (1), required to list the item name,

type of goods, price of goods, and item specifications.

(4) In terms of service-shaped Government Assistance,

the designation of a government aid recipient other than

listed the provisions as intended

in paragraph (1), required to list the institution's name

the service provider and the Name/type of service.

4. Between Section 12 and Section 13 is inserted 1 (one) section,

that is Article 12A so that it reads as follows:

Article 12A

(1) Government assistance of awarding

the form of goods and/or services

as referred to in Section 12 of the paragraph (3) and

paragraph (4) executed through procurement mechanism

goods and services by means of contractual or

(2) The delivery of the goods procurement payment and/or

services that will be provided to the Help recipient

5. The provisions of paragraph (1), paragraph (2), paragraph (4) of Section 13 are amended, and

paragraph (3) of Section 13 is deleted, so that Article 13 reads

as follows:

Section 13

(1) The Government Assistance Recipients are assistance

operational, help with advice/throne, help

rehab/building buildings, and

other assistance that has characteristics

government assistance in the form of mandatory money

making the Cooperation Agreement and/or

agreement/contract with PPK.

(2) The Cooperation Agreement and/or contract/contract

with the PPK as referred to in paragraph (1)

6. Between Section 13 and Section 14 is inserted 1 (one) section,

that is Article 13A so that it reads as follows:

Section 13A

(1) The Government of Government Assist funds as

referred to in Article 13 of the paragraph (1) may be performed

at a time or incrementally.

(2) The Government Help fund waterway in

incrementally as in paragraph (1) can

be held at most up to 4

(four) stages, after satisfy the provisions

as referred to in Article 13 of the paragraph (2).

(3) The Government Help fund waterway as

referred to paragraph (1) is submitted to PPK

with the following mechanism:

a. fluid at once or stage I with
