THE MINISTER OF YOUTH AND SPORT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DECIDED:

SET: A MINISTERIAL REGULATION ON THE TEAM ' S WORK

COMPLETION STATE LOSS IN THE ENVIRONMENT

MINISTRY OF YOUTH AND SPORTS.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:

ORGANIZATION, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF TPKN

Article 2

(1) The TPKN Organization Structure is composed of:

Finance and Household;

c. Vice Chairman who ex officio is held by

Inspector of the Ministry of Youth and Sports;

d. Secretary who is ex officio at the Head

Bureau of Humas and Law;

e. The member that ex officio is held by:

1. Chief Financial Officer at the Bureau of Finance

and Home Household;

2. Head of the Equipment section on the Bureau

Finance and Household;

3. Head of the Legal Section on the Bureau of Humas and

Law;

4. Head of the Kesupervising Section on the Bureau

Planning and Organization;

5. Technical Controller Auditor of the Inspectorate;

and

f. The Secretariat is composed of elements on

The Equipment Section, the Legal Section, Section

Inspectorate.

Article 3

BAB III

Article 6

The Vice Chairman has a duty:

a. assist the Chairman in leading and directing

TPKN to carry out the country ' s loss of loss

on the Ministry of Youth and Sports;

Article 7

Article 8

Article 10

(1) The Secretary is responsible for the filing system

BAB IV

REPORT AND VERIFICATION OF STATE LOSS DOCUMENT

Section 11

(1) TPKN follows up to the country's loss information

Article 12

(1) After receiving the report of the State loss

as referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (2), Minister

through the Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports

ordered TPKN to conduct research, verification

and the follow-up measures of the loss settlement

country.

(2) In the slowest 7 (seven) days after

received the report as referred to in paragraph

(1), Chairman of TPKN prepared a report of the loss

the country to the Minister.

(3) The slowest 7 (seven days) after the concept of the report

Article 13

a. contract documents;

Article 14

(1) The Secretariat meregister the case entered in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

(2) The Secretariat performs verification and makes a report

against the completeness of the country's loss report file

which TPKN received.

(3) The Secretariat compiled a report of verification results

Article 15

Article 18

BAB V

EXAMINATION OF STATE LOSS CASE

Article 19

(1) If in a discussion meeting has not been able

Article 21

(1) In case there is a state loss case in the Unit

Article 23

(1) TPKN delivers the results of the research and verification

Article 20 of the paragraph (5) and Article 22 of the paragraph (3) to the Minister

through Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

BAB VI

BAB VII

Article 26

MEETING TPKN

Article 34
