MINERALS ABOUT OPERATIONAL DIRECTIONS

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PHYSICAL SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND ASSIGNMENT

SMALL-SCALE ENERGY FIELD.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Physical Special Allocation of Energy Field assignment

The assignment of Small Scale Energy is the funds that

allocated in the revenue and shopping budget

help fund the renewable energy development activities

Article 2

(1) The Physical Assignment Of Small-Scale Energy Field Assignment

is directed to finance physical activities development

installation of renewable energy utilization covering

activities:

a. construction of PLTMH;

b. development of the Central Photovoltaic PLTS;

c. construction of the Distributed Photovoltaic Power Plant; dan/or

d. Home-Scale Biogas Installation Building

Stairs.

(2) PLTMH development activities as intended

in paragraph (1) the letter a priority.

(3) PLTMH construction and the Central Photovoltaic PLTS

as referred to in paragraph (1) the letters a and letters

b, an electrical power plant installation that

is not connected to the PT

State Electricity Company (Persero) and permit holders

other electrical power supply efforts (off grid).

(4) The development activities of the Central Photovoltaic PLTS and

the provisions of the laws.

Article 4

The Regulation of the Minister goes into effect on the date

promulred.
