the Cilacap State Polytechnic environment, needs to be drafted

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND
HIGHER EDUCATION ON THE STATUTES OF POLYTECHNIC
THE COUNTRY OF CILACAP.
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:
1. Cilacap State Polytechnic, later abbreviated as PNC
is a college that organizes programs
vocational education in various family of science
knowledge and/or technology and if it meets
-PNC terms can host a profession education.
2. The PNC Statute, which is henceforth the Statute is
the basic rules of PNC Management used
as the cornerstone of drafting regulations and procedures
operational at PNC.
3. Vocational education is the program's higher education
the diploma that prepares students for the work
with certain applied expertise up to
the applied bachelor program.
4. The Study Program is a unit of educational activities and
learning that has a curriculum and method
particular learning in one type of education
academic, professional education, and/or education

5. The Senate is the PNC Senate.
6. Sivitas Akademika is a unit of academic society
consisting of lecturers and students in the environment
PNC.
7. Lecturers are professional educators and scientists at PNC

research, and devotion to people.

11. The Minister is the minister who organizes the affairs
governance in the field of higher education.

IDENTITY
Article 2
(1) PNC is a public college in the environment
Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education
based in Cilacap County, Java Province
Central.
(2) PNC established under Minister Regulation
Education and Culture Number 102 Year 2014
on the Establishment, Organization and the Political Planning Office
Negeri Cilacap (State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year
2014 No. 1463) set on the 3rd
October 2014.
(3) PNC as referred to in paragraph (1) originally
named Cilacap Politeknik which was established by the Foundation
Dharmaning Kawula Cilacap with permission
holding on by Ministerial Decree
National Education Number 125 /D/O/2008 on
Licensing License Program-Study Program
and Establishment of Cilacap Politecnik in Cilacap
Hosted by the Dharmaning Kawula Foundation

(1) PNC has a circular coat of arms consisting of

(2) The PNC emblem as referred to in paragraph (1)
has meaning:
a. circle has the meaning of unity,
continuity, cokokohan, and harmony;
b. gerigi has the meaning of a persistence process or
a continuous hard work spirit that
abstinately capes;
c. 3 (three) of the pillars of the row have meaning
professionalism, success, and glory; and
d. Cilacap State Polytechnic has
the elegant, modern, and simple meaning.

Article 7
(1) PNC has an academic fashion and an almamater fashion.
(2) Academic Busana as referred to in verse (1)
consists of a Senate dress and wisudawan fashion.
(3) Busana The academic referred to in verse (1)
is toga, cap, gordon, necklace, and other attributes.
(4) Busana almamater as referred to in paragraph (1)
is a blue coat of color with CMYK code: 74.62.0.0
and in The left side of the chest is a PNC crest.

BAB III
HOSTING THE COLLEGE TRIDHARMA

Education
Article 8
(1) PNC organizes Vrelocate Education in
various science and/or technology families
and if qualified can host
profession education.
(2) Vocation education as referred to in paragraph (1)
is organized in a diploma and undergraduate program
applied and may host a master's program
applied in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rules-
invitation.
(3) Further provisions of hosting
Vocation education as referred to in paragraph (1)
is set up with the Director's Regulation upon receiving
Senate considerations in accordance with regulatory provisions

Article 9
(1) The academic year of the PNC is divided in 2 (two) semesters
which consists of a gasal and even semester.
(2) The term of the semester is referred to as the paragraph

(3) The academic year begins in September and ends
in August the following year.
(4) Semester gasal as contemplation on paragraph (1)

Article 10
(1) The education is oriented in

Article 11
(1) The student study load is expressed by the credit unit
semester (sks) package held.
(2) The student study load is on:
a. the diploma program one is at least 36 (thirty
six) sks;
b. the diploma program is two at least 72 (seventy
two) sks;
c. diploma program three is at least 108 (hundred
eight) sks;
d. diploma program four or bachelor program
applied at least 144 (one hundred and forty
four) sks; and
e. the applied master's program at least 36 (three
twenty-six) sks.
(3) The workload of Student studies as referred to
paragraph (2) refers to the national standard of education
high.
(4) The study period for Students with the study load
as referred to in paragraph (2) as follows:
a. the longest 2 (two) years for the diploma program
one;
b. Three (three) years for the diploma program
two;
c. at most 5 (five) years for the diploma program
three;
d. most long 7 (seven) years for diploma programs
four or applied scholars; and
e. the longest 4 (four) years for the program
the applied magister.
Article 12
(1) The Indonesian language is used as an introductory language
in the staging of the college tridharma at
PNC.
(2) Foreign languages may be used as an introductory language
in the holding of the college tridharma

Article 13
(1) Curriculum is a set of plans and
setting about the learning of learning graduates,
study materials, processes, and assessments used
as the guiding guidelines of the Study Program.
(2) Curriculum as referred to in paragraph (1) are compiled
and developed for each study/study program
in accordance with the development of science and
the technology that refers to national standards
higher education.
(3) Further provisions on the curriculum are set
with the Director's Regulation after receiving
the Senate consideration in accordance with regulatory provisions
laws.
Section 14
(1) Assessment of student learning and advancement activities
is conducted periodically in the form of a settlement
tasks, exams, seminars, observations, and/or forms
other assessments.
(2) The completion of the task as referred to in paragraph (1)
is done via a structured, independent, and/or
group of tasks.
(3) The exam as referred to in paragraph (1)
is held through the midterms, exam
end of the semester, and final tasks exam.
(4) At the end of the study, Students are required to make
the final task report.
(5) The observation as referred to in paragraph (1)
is done at the time of the process of learning at
the studio/bengkel/studio.
(6) The assessment of the study results is expressed with:
a. A letter equivalent to 4 (four);
b. letter AB equivalent to 3.5 (three comma five);

c. B letters are equivalent to 3 (three);
d. BC letter equivalent to 2.5 (two-comma five);
e. letter C equivalent to 2 (two);
f. letter D equivalent to 1 (one); and
g. E is equivalent to 0 (zero).
(7) Student ' s study results in a semester
expressed with the semester achievement index (IPS).
(8) Student study results in a study period
expressed with the cumulative achievement index (IPK).

progress of Student learning results as
referred to paragraph (1) to the paragraph (8) is set
with the Director's Regulation upon receiving
Senate considerations.
Article 15
(1) Students are declared a pass on a level
education after taking a lecture

Article 16
(1) At the end of the educational program

Article 17
(1) Student acceptance is conducted through the selection path

Research
Article 18
(1) PNC carries out basic research activities, research
applied, and development research.
(2) Basic Research as referred to in paragraph (1)
is a study for
the development of a science as well as directed
on existing theories or to find a new theory.

(3) Applied research as referred to by paragraph (1)
is research-oriented
research into innovation and science development
knowledge and technology Useful for

(4) The development research referred to
paragraph (1) is intended to produce a specific

(5) Research is done in accordance with rules and ethics

Section 20
(1) PNC organizes engagement activities to
the public in accordance with the nature of knowledge and purpose
education, as well as oriented toward conditions and problems
regional and national development.
(2) The activities of engagement to
the society as referred to in paragraph (1)
includes planning activities, execution,
monitoring, and evaluation.
(3) PNC organizes engagement activities to
society in the framework of utilization, assistance,
and development of science and technology
in accordance with national standards of devotion to
society.
(4) The activities of the community performed by
Dosen and/or Students are either individually

Academic Code of Conduct and Ethics
Article 21
(1) PNC has an academic ethics and ethics code.
(2) PNC upholds the code of conduct that contains values
morale, decency, honesty, scientific rule, and
profession as well as having a discipline and personality integrity
in performing the task.
(3) Code of conduct as referred to paragraph (1) comprises
top of the Dosen code of conduct, the Student code of conduct, and a code of conduct

Academic Liberty, Academic Mimbar Academic, and
Science Autonomy
Article 22
(1) PNC upholds academic freedom, freedom
academic mimbar, and scholarly autonomy.
(2) Academic freedom as referred to in paragraph
(1) is Academic Sivitas Academic in PNC

(3) The academic freedom as referred to in paragraph

Article 23
(1) PNC grants the title, diploma, academic transcript, and
Letter of Companion Certificate (SKPI) to
Students who have graduated.

facilitate the Student to obtain a certificate
competence.
(3) Giving and use of the title, diploma, transcript
academic, Certificate Companion (SKPI),

Article 24
(1) PNC may award a person,
group, and/or institution viewed as having
is credited with education in PNC and has

Article 27
PNC Purpose:
a. producing competent graduates in the technology field
in accordance with the national standards of higher education;
b. generate workable research and

Article 28
(1) To achieve the vision, mission, and purpose as

referred to in paragraph (1) is the plan and program
development of 25 (twenty-five) years.

PNC Organization
Paragraf 1
General
Article 29
The PNC organ is made up:
a. Senate;
b. Director;
c. Internal Surveillance Unit; and
d. The House of Worship.
Paragraph 2
Senate
Article 30
(1) the Senate as intended in Article 29 of the letter a
is an organ running the designation function
and the consideration of the implementation academic policy.
(2) In running the function as referred to
paragraph (1), the Senate has the task and authority as
following:
a. policy assignment, norma/ethics, and code of conduct
academic;
b. supervision of:
1. the application of academic norms/ethics and the code of conduct

2. the application of the academic provisions;
3. the implementation of the school quality of education

national higher education;
4. exercise of academic freedom, freedom

f. Recommendations for the dropping of sanctions against
violation of academic norms, ethics, and academic regulations
by the Academic Sivitas to the Director.
(3) In carrying out the duties and authority as
referred to in paragraph (2), The Senate compiled a report of results

Article 31
(1) The Senate is headed by a chairman and assisted by an

BAB VII
LECTURER AND EDUCATION WORKFORCE
Article 69
(1) The PNC Dosen consists of:

b. Lecturer is not fixed.

status as an educator stays in PNC.

STUDENTS AND ALUMNI
Section 72
(1) Students are registered learers and
study at PNC.
(2) Students as members of the Sivitas Akademika

alone in developing a potential self in PNC for
being an intellectual, practitioner, and/or professional.
Section 73
(1) PNC students have rights and obligations.
(2) PNC Student rights as referred to in paragraph
(1) as follows:
a. use academic freedom in
responsible for prosecuing and reviewing
science in accordance with the academic norms and ethics
applicable in PNC;
b. obtaining education and field services
academia in accordance with interest, talent, penchant,
and ability;
c. utilizing the PNC facility in order

(4) Students who committed violations of

Article 74
(1) Students develop talent, interest, and
ability through cocurricular activities and
extracurriculars as part of the educational process.

(1) Students can form a student-student organization

MEANS AND PRASARANA

transparency.
(3) PNC revenue and shopping budget planning
compiled by the Director and proposed to the Minister
for approval.
(4) Implementation of the budget is done according to the directions
budget operations PNC revenue and shopping.
(5) PNC compiling a management accountability report
budget in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rules-
invitation.
(6) PNC budget management accountability report
audited by auditors in accordance with regulatory provisions

BAB XI
COOPERATION
Article 79
(1) PNC may establish academic and non-
academic work with colleges and/or agencies
others both in the country and in the foreign.
(2) Work as referred to paragraph (1) is based
on the principle of partnership, equality, mutual
benefits, mutual respect, giving
contributions to society, and not intrucable
implementation of PNC duties.
(3) Cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1)
aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness,
productivity, creativity, innovation, quality, and relevance
the execution of the college tridharma.
(4) The cooperation of the college academic as referred to in paragraph
(1) can be shaped:
a. education, research, and devotion to
society;
b. twin programs;
c. diversion and/or credit acquisition;
d. senior Dosen assignment as an embamine on
another college;
e. exchange of Dosen and/or Students;
f. utilization with various resources;
g. The handler;
h. scientific journal publishing;
i. host a joint seminar; and/or
j. other forms deemed necessary.
(5) Non-academic cooperation as referred to
paragraph (1) can be shaped:
a. an asset yaginization;
b. a fundraising effort;

is exercised in accordance with the rules of the applicable
laws.
BAB XII
INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
Article 80
(1) The internal quality PNC quality assurance system is

in planning and continuous.
(2) PNC internal quality disposal system as

quality, manual quality, quality standards, quality procedures,

quality and audits in the field:

d. students.
(5) The application of internal quality assurance systems is managed and
is coordinated by the Learning Development Center
and the Education Mutu Penassurance.
(6) Further provisions regarding the system of taming
internal quality is governed by the Director Rule.
Article 81
(1) To improve quality and trust level
the public against the PNC in the holding

as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed with
