Through Pipe, Earth Gas and Gas Lower Governing Body

has the authority to set the Gas price

Earth for the Household and Customer Small;

b. that in order to accelerate energy diversification

and to optimize petroleum utilization

in the country in particular for the Household sector

and the Small Customer;

c. that in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulation

The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic

Indonesia Number 20 Year 2015 on Operations

Distribution Network Gas Earth for Household that

is built by the Government, the Entity Entity

proposes the sale price of the Earth Gas to the Household

to the Board of Builds;

d. that the Board of Governing Body has conducted an evaluation

against the proposed gas sale price of PT Pertagas Niaga through

President Director Number: 513/PN0000/2016-SO

dated October 26, 2016, on the Proposed Sale of Jual Gas

Earth for the Earth Gas Distribution Network Needs

for the Home Customer (Jargas) Assignment

Government of the Year of Budget (TA) 2016 in the City

Balikpapan and Cilegon;

e. that it has been held on the Committee on Monday

December 19, 2016, as stated in

f. that based on consideration as

to specify the Regulation of the Oil Lower Governing Body and

DECIDED:

SET: REGULATION OF THE OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM REGULATORY AGENCY

THE EARTH ABOUT THE SALE PRICE OF THE EARTH THROUGH THE PIPELINE

TO CONSUMER HOUSEHOLDS AND CUSTOMERS

ON THE CILEGON CITY DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE NETWORK.

Article 1

In this Governing Body Ordinance referred to:

1. Gas Earth is a natural process of hydrocarbons

in conditions of atmospheric pressure and temperature

of the gas phase obtained from the mining process

Oil and Earth Gas.

2. The Earth Gas Consumer is a Household and

Small Customer.

3. Household is a consumer of Earth Gas that

its use for its own needs (consumer

end) with the amount of Earth Gas usage up to

with 50 M³ /month (fifty cubic meters per month).

4. A Small Customer is a consumer of Earth Gas that

its use for its own (consumer

end) with the amount of Earth Gas usage up to

with 1,000 M³ /month (thousand cubic meters per month).

5. The price of Earth Gas is the price of Earth Gas purchased

The Earth Gas Consumer of the Entity ID stated

in Rupiah per Kubik (Rp/M3).

6. Construction and Distribution of Distribution Network

Earth Gas for Household is the activities

development, operation, maintenance,

management, including distribution network development

Earth Gas for the household as well as the Earth Gas trade

from manufacturer and/or Earth Gas sellers until

with the Earth Gas user household.

7. The State Owned Entity is the property agency

the country in the field of petroleum and gas.

8. The Minister is the minister who organizes affairs

governments in the field of petroleum and gas.

9. The governing body is a body formed

to conduct arrangements and supervision of

the provision and distribution of the Oil Fuel

and Earth Gas and the Earth Gas transport through

the pipeline on the Activities Lower Venture.

10. PT Pertamina (Persero) is the State-owned Business Agency

which was commissioned by the Minister for

carrying out the operation of the Gas distribution network

the Earth for households built by

Government.

11. PT Pertagas Niaga is an Affiliate or Company Child

appointed by PT Pertamina (Persero) to

carry out the management of the Earth Gas distribution network

built by the Government in which case,

for then called the Business Agency.

Article 2

The sale prices of Earth Gas through the pipeline sold by the Agency

Effort for Home and Small Customer consumers

on the Cilegon City Distribution Pipeline Network as follows:

a. B-1 home (RT-1) is at most Rp4,950, -/M3 (four

thousand nine hundred fifty rupiah per cubic meter);

b. B-2 households (RT-2) Rp6.930, -/M3 (six

thousand nine hundred thirty rupiah per cubic meter);

c. The Pp4-1 (PK-1) is most Rp4,950, -/M3 (four

tens of nine hundred and fifty rupiah per meter

cubic); and

d. The Pp6,930, -/M3 (six

thousand nine hundred and thirty rupiah per cubic meter).

Section 3

The Entity ID which carries out the sale of Earth Gas

via the pipe as referred to in Section 1,

has the following obligation:

a. provide a good service to customers;

b. provide a guarantee of supply volume and gas pressure

Earth; and

c. consider reasonably about the imposition

installation cost of new juncts and awarding

compensation of reasonable bill reduction

to the consumer, if the Business Agency does not

provide the service in accordance with the quality of the service.

Section 4

(1) The Entity Entity ID informs and increases

the quality of the service quality.

(2) The Entity ID mandatory to meet regulatory provisions

laws and guidelines set by

The Earth Gas and Gas downstream agency.

Article 5

The Regulation of the Governing Body is in effect on the date

promulred.
