ABOUT
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INNER ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF THE LINGGAU

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. That is connected to the extent of the development and progress on the region of South Sumatra's province in general and the District of Lubuk Linggau in particular, it is seen as necessary to organize the governance of the government. special to ensure that the demands of development and progress are in accordance with the aspirations of the community in the Lubuk Linggau District;
B. that the development and advancement of the District of the Linggau District has demonstrated the characteristics and nature of the life of the government in particular;
c. that under the terms referred to in Section 72 verse (4) Act No. 5 of 1974 on the Principal Government in the Regions, the establishment of the Inner Administrative City needs to be specified with Government Regulation.

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 25 of 1959 on Establishing Government Ordinance Replacement Number 3 Year 1950 on the Establishment of a South Sumatra Level I Area and Emergency Law Number 16 Year 1955 on Change of Government Regulation Substitute No. 3 Act 1950 (State Gazette 1950 Number 52) as Act (State Sheet 1959 Number 70, Additional Gazette number of 1814);
3. Act Number 28 Of 1959 on Emergency Invite-invite Number 4 Of 1956 (State Sheet Of 1956 Number 55) Emergency Law Number 5 Of 1956 (State Sheet Of 1956 Number 56) And the Emergency Law of 1956 Number 6 (State Sheet of 1956 No. 57) on the Establishment of a Level II Region including the Kotapraja in the Area of South Sumatra's Grade I as Law (State Sheet of 1959 Number 73, Numbered Of State Number 1821);

DECIDED:

SET: THE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF THE BOTTOM OF THE LINGGAU.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
a. The Region is an Autonomous Region as referred to in the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
B. Administrative Region is the Territory as referred to in Article 72 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
C. The area of Lubuk Linggau is an area as referred to in the Decree of the Governor of South Sumatra's Head of State Number Pd/108/1969 dated May 16, 1969, on the breakdown of the inner-city scholarship of the city of Linggau.

BAB II
THE PURPOSE OF FORMATION

Section 2

BAB III
THE POSITION, FUNCTION, EXTENT AND DIVISION OF THE REGION

Section 3
(1) The administrative city government of Linggau is responsible to the Provincial Government of the 2nd Grade II of Musi Rawas.
(2) The capital of the Grade II Region of Musi Rawas remains a seat in the Lower Administrative City of Linggau.
(3) In order to rate the development of the Administrative City Area Of The Linggau, then if it is deemed necessary the Governor of South Sumatra's Head of Level I may be able to hold direct coaching on the Lower Administrative City of Iinggau.

Section 4
The administrative city government of Linggau organizes its functions as follows:
a. enhance and adjust governance with the development of political, economic, social, and urban cultural life;
B. fostering and directing development in accordance with the social development of the economy as well as urban pisics;
c. support and stimulate the reciprocity of the development of the Region of South Sumatra Region region in general and the area of the Musi Rawas Regional Level II Region in particular.

Section 5
(1) The administrative district of Linggau includes a portion of the District of Lubuk Linggau, which consists of:
1. Kampung Market;
2. Kampung Talang Bandung Right;
3. Kampung Talang Bandung Left;
4. Kampung Talang Bandung Ujung;
5. Kampung Talang Muara Enim;
6. Kampung Sukajadi;
7. Kampung Lubuk Aman;
8. Kampung Lubuk Tanjung;
9. Kampung Sidorejo;
10. Hometown Of Linggau Ulu;
11. Hometown Of Linggau Rotation;
12. Kampung Uak Surung;
13. Kampung Wood Ara;
14. Kampung Watas;
15. Kampung Petanang;
16. Kampung Talang Jawa Kanan;
17. Kampung Talang Java Left I;
18. Kampung Talang Java Left II;
19. Kampung Mesat Jaya;
20. Kampung Batu Urip;
21. Kampung Megang;
22. Kampung Taba Jemekeh;
23. Kampung Taba Pingin;
(2) The remainder of the former district of Lubuk Linggau after being reduced by 23 (twenty-three) Kampung as referred to in paragraph (1), consists of:

Section 6
For the use of the administrative and administrative order of the region, the administrative region of the Upper Unggau Region is divided into two (two) Subdistricts:
a. Western Linggau Subdistrict area, consisting of:

3. Kampung Talang Bandung Left;
4. Kampung Talang Bandung Ujung;
5. Kampung Talang Muara Enim;
6. Kampung Sukajadi;
7. Kampung Lubuk Aman;
8. Kampung Lubuk Tanjung;
9. Kampung Sidorejo;
10. Hometown Of Linggau Ulu;
11. Hometown Of Linggau Rotation;
12. Kampung Ulak Surung;
13. Kampung Wood Ara;
14. Kampung Watas;
15. The Kampung Petanang.
B. East Linggau District East District, consisting of:
1. Village Talang Kampung Right;
2. Kampung Talang Java Left I;
3. Kampung Talang Java Left II;
4. Kampung Mosat Jaya;
5. Kampung Batu Urip;
6. Kampung Megang;
7. Kampung Taba Jamekeh;
8. Kampung Taba Pingin.

BAB IV
ORGAN STRUCTURE

Section 7
(1) The administrative center of the administrative city of Linggau is based in the town of Lubuk Linggau.
(2) The West Linggau District Government Centre is based in Kampung Pasar.
(3) The Centre of Governing District of Lubuk Linggau Timur is based in Kampung Talang Jawa Kiri I.

Section 8
The details of the organizational structure of the administrative government of the Bottom of Linggau are further determined by the Minister of the Interior by paying attention to the needs and conditions as well as the situation of the city concerned.

BAB V
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 9
(1) The structure of the Governing District Organization of Lubuk Linggau in effect before the enactment of this Government Regulation remains in effect until the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior governing the Pattern of Pokok The Structure Of The Organization Of The Administrative Region Of The Area Of The City Of The Bottom
(2) Any of the Regional Rules and Governing Decisions of the Regions applicable to the Governing District district of Lubuk Linggau before the enactment of this Government Regulation remains in effect for the Government of the Territory of the Administrative City Bottom Of The Linggau.
(3) Issues concerning the field of staffing, finance, materiel and others arising as a result of the change in status of the region as referred to in the Regulation of this Government are resolved by the Regent of the Chief of Regions Level I Musi Rawas on behalf of the Governor of South Sumatra's First Division.

BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 10
(1) By the enactment of the Regulation of this Government, the Government of the District of Lubuk Linggau as referred to in the Decree of the Governor of the State of South Sumatra's Number Pd/108/1969 date of 16 May 1969 was abolished.
(2) The matters arising in the implementation of this Government Regulation, completed by the Governor of the State of South Sumatra, on behalf of the Minister of the Interior.

Section 11
The Regulation of this Government begins to apply on the date of the promulctest.
