ABOUT
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF DILI

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. That is connected to the extent of the development and progress on the area of the province of East Timor generally and in particular the District of West Dili District and the District of East Dili, it is considered necessary to govern the governance of the government. DECIDED:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF DILI.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
a. The Region is an Autonomous Region as referred to in the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
B. Administrative territory is the region as referred to in Article 72 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Pokok-the subject of the Government of the Regions (State Sheet of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette number 3037);
C. The District of the West Dili and East Dili District is as referred to in Government Regulation No. 19 of 1976, (State Gazette of 1976 Number 39, Additional Gazette number 3088).

BAB II
THE PURPOSE OF FORMATION

Section 2
The purpose of the establishment of the administrative city of Dili is to improve the activities of the government successfully and defensively and are the primary means for the coaching of the region as well as being a strong driving element for the effort. increased development rate.

BAB III
THE POSITION, FUNCTION, EXTENT, AND REGION OF THE REGION

Section 3
(1) The Government of the AdJministrative City of Dili is responsible to the Government of the Regency Area of Dili.
(2) The capital of Dili's Level II Regional Regency remains in the Administrative City of Dili.

Section 4
The Government of Dili Administrative City organizes functions as follows:

2. Kolmera Village;
3. Lahane West Village;
4. Bairo Pite Village;
5. Kaikoli Village;
6. Alor Village;
7. The village of Fatuhada;
8. The village of Maskarenhas;
9. Mandarin Village;
10. Dare Village;
11. Comoros Village;
B. Villages in East Dili Subdistrict consisting of:
1. Bidau Village Lecidere;
2. Santa Cruz Village;
3. Bairo Central Village;
4. Meti Aut village;
5. Den Akadiruhum;
6. Bidau Santana Village;
7. Village of Bairo dos Grilos;
8. Bemori Village;
9. Eastern Lahane Village;
10. Becora Village;
11. Kamea Village;
12. Kuluhum Village;
13. The village of Hera;
14. Balibar Village;
15. Bairo Formosa Village.

Section 6
For the establishment of the Order of Government as well as the construction of the region, the territory of Dili Administrative Region is divided into 2 (two) districts:
a. The West Dili District Area consists of:
1. Vila Verde Village;
2. Kolmera Village;
3. Lahane West Village;
4. Bairo Pite Village;
5. Kaikoli Village;
6. Alor Village;
7. The village of Fatuhada;
8. The village of Maskarenhas;
9. Mandarin Village;
10. Dare Village;
11. Comoros village.
b. The East Dili District Area consists of:
1. Bidau Village Lecidere;
2. Santa Cruz Village;

5. Akadiruhum village;

8. Bemori Village;

BAB IV
ORGAN STRUCTURE

Section 7
(1) The Government Centre of the Administrative City of Dili is based in Dili City.
(2) The West Dili District Government Centre is located in Bairo Pite Village.
(3) The East Dili District Government Centre is based in Becora Village.

Section 8
The details of the organizational structure of the Government of Dili Administrative City are further determined by the Minister of the Interior by paying attention to the needs and conditions as well as the situation of the city concerned.

BAB V
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 9
(1) The structure of the Governing Organization of the District of Western Dili and East Dili subdistrict that is valid before the enactment of this Government Regulation, it remains in effect until the effective date of the Minister of the Interior Regulation. BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 10
(1) With the enactment of this Government Regulation, the Government of the District of West Dili District and the District of Dili East as set in Government Regulation No. 19 of 1976 on the Governing State of the Timor Region. East Timor's eastern and regional counties are no longer applicable to the Administrative City of Dili.
(2) The matters arising in the implementation of this Government Regulation other than are regulated as referred to by this Government Regulation, completed by the Governor of the East Timorese Council of the Interior on behalf of the Minister of the Interior.

Section 11
The Regulation of this Government begins to apply on the date of the promulctest.
