ABOUT
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BEKASI ADMINISTRATIVE CITY
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. That is connected to the development and progress of the West Java region in general and the District of Bekasi District as well as parts of the Tambun Region in particular, are seen as necessary to organize the governance of the region. specifically to ensure that the progress and progress demands are in accordance with the people's aspirations in the Bekasi district and parts of the District of Tambun;

Section 72 paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 Year 1974 on the Principles of Governance In the Regions, the establishment of the Bekasi Administrative City needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

DECIDED:
Establish: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF BEKASI.
BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS
Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
a. Area is the Autonomous Region as referred to in the provisions of Act No. 5 of the Year 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The State Gazette Area 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
B. Administrative Region is the region as referred to in Article 72 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
C. The district of Bekasi and the District of Tambun Subdistrict is as mentioned in the list of the 1935 Staatsblad Annex Number 123.
BAB II
THE PURPOSE OF FORMATION
Section 2

BAB III
THE POSITION, FUNCTION, EXTENT, AND DIVISION OF THE REGION
Section 3

Section 4

Section 5
(1) The Bekasi Administrative Region Region includes:
a. Bekasi District Area, consisting of:
1. Kelurahan Bekasi Jaya;
2. Margahayu Kelurahan;
3. Kelurahan Marga Jaya;
4. Marga Mulya Kelurahan;
5. Officer Village;
6. The Kelurahan of Hope Jaya;
7. The Fighter Pod;
8. Central Kalibro Village;
9. Satria Field Kelurahan;
10. The Bintara Village;
11. Jakasampurna Kelurahan;
12. Replacement of the Assent;
13. Manage Throughout Jaya;
14. Kelurahan Duren Jaya;
15. Kelurahan Pekayon Jaya;
16. Kelurahan Kayuringin Jaya;
17. The Village of Hope Mulya;

C. Western Bekasi district area, consisting of:
1. Satria Field Kelurahan;

D. North Bekasi Subdistrict, consisting of:
1. Officer Kelurahan;
2. The Central Kaliabang Pod;
3. The Kelurahan of Hope Jaya;
4. Pucung Bay Village;
5. New Hope Village.
Section 7
(1) The Bekasi Adminstrative Urban Governance Centre is based in Bekasi City.
(2) The East Bekasi District Governance Centre is based in Bekasi Jaya.
(3) The South Bekasi District Government Centre is based in Kayuringin Jaya.
(4) The Western Bekasi District Governance Centre is based in Kalibaru.
(5) The North Bekasi District Government Centre is based in Hope Jaya.
BAB IV
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 8
Details of the organizational structure of the administration of the Bekasi Administrative City were further determined by the Minister of the Interior, with regard to the need and conditions as well as the situation of the city in question after first having written approval. of the Minister responsible for the field of management and refinement of the state apparatus.
BAB V
THE TRANSITION PROVISION
Section 9
(1) The structure of the Bekasi Subdistrict Government Organization which is effective before the enactment of this Government Regulation remains in effect until the effective time the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior is set about the Pattern of the Organization of the Territory The City Of Bekasi Administrative City.
(2) All Regional Regulations and Local Government decisions applicable to the Government of the Bekasi District prior to the enactment of this Government Regulation remain in effect for the Administrative Region of the Bekasi Administrative Region.
(3) Issues concerning the field of staffing, finance, materiel, and others arising as a result of the change in the status of the region as referred to in the Regulation of this Government are resolved by the Regent of the Bekasi Level II Regional Head On behalf of the Governor of the West Java Level I of Java.
BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 10
With the enactment of this Government Regulation, the Government of the District of Bekasi Subdistrict as it is in the list of Staatsblad-Year 1935 attachments Number 123 was removed.
Section 11
Matters arising in the implementation of this Government Regulation, completed by the Governor of the West Java Regional Head of the Interior on behalf of the Minister of the Interior.
Section 12
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
