PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to further improve and develop the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Kraft Cilacap paper, then is seen as necessary to add the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Kraft Cilacap Paper;
B. That part of the country's wealth embedded in the Cilacap Superphosphate Project, which had been liquidated by Presidential Decree No. 52 of 1981, may be set to be an additional inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into its capital. Perseroan Company's shares (PERSERO) The PT. Kraft Cilacap Paper;
c. that the partition of the country's wealth in the letter b for the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Kraft Cilacap paper needs to be established with a Government Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. The Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as has been several times amended and supplementary, last with Law No. 4 of 1971 (State Sheet of 1971 Number 20, Additional Gazette number 2959);
3. Code Number 9 Year 1969 on Establishing Statutory Replacement Government Number 1 Law 1969 (1969 State Sheet Number 16, Additional State Sheet Number 2890) on the Forms of State Effort (State Gazette 1969 Number 40, Additional Gazette Number 2904);
4. Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 on the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) (State Gazette 1969 number 21, Additional Gazette number 2894) jo. Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972 on Changes to the provisions of Article 7 of the Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 on the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) (State Sheet of 1972 Number 32, Additional Gazette number 2987);
5. Government Regulation No. 2 Year 1982 on the inclusion of the Modal State of the Republic of Indonesia for the Establishment of the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) in Paper Industry;
6. Government Regulation Number 3 of 1983 on the Tata Way of Coaching and Supervision of the Company (PERJAN), Public Company (PERUM), and the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) (State Sheet of 1983 Number 3, Extra State Sheet Number 3246) as has been amended with Government Regulation No. 28 of 1983 (State Sheet of 1983 Number 37);
DECIDED:
Establishing: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. KRAFT CILACAP PAPER.
BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Kraft Cilacap paper, which was established under Government Regulation No. 2 of 1982.
Section 2
(1) The addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 comes from the separation of the portion of the country's wealth embedded in the Cilacap Superphosphate Project which has been liquidated under Presidential Decree No. 52 In 1981, the list was listed as listed in the Order of the Government.
(2) The value of adding the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia to the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Kraft Cilacap paper is set by the Minister of Finance, based on calculations jointly conducted by the Department of Industry and the Treasury Department.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The paper Kraft Cilacap as referred to in Article 1 is done according to the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as has been several times amended and added, last with Law No. 4 of 1971, with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended with the Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The technical provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation are further regulated by the Minister of Industry and the Minister of Finance either jointly or individually, in accordance with the fields of their respective duties.
Section 5
These Government regulations begin to take effect on the date of promulgations.
