ABOUT THE 1979 AMENDMENT TO THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL

TRADE IN ENDANGERED SPECIES OF WILD FAUNA AND FLORA, 1973

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC INDONESIA,

Win: a. that the Republic of indonesia has been the Party of the "Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, 1973", through the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 43 of 1978, dated December 15, 1978 (State Sheet of the Year of the Republic of Indonesia). 1978 No. 51);

b. that in Bonn, the Federal Republic of Germany, on June 22, 1979, as a result of the Extraordinary Meeting of the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources, it has accepted the amendment to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, 1973, which concerns the financial arrangement of which is by adding at the end of Article XI paragraph 3 sub-paragraph (a) word-word: "and adopt financial provisions";

c. that in connection with it and in accordance with the Amanat President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council Number 2826 /HK/1960 On August 22, 1960, it was deemed necessary to pass the amendment on the letter b above with the Presidential Decree;

Given: Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;

DECIDED:

SET: A DECISION PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ENACTMENT OF THE 1979 AMENDMENT ON THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN ENDANGERED SPECIES OF WILD FAUNA AND FLORA 1973.

Article 1

Repassing the 1979 amendment to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, 1973, which had been accepted in Bonn, the Federal Republic of Germany, on 22 June 1979, which copies of the original manuscript in English as attached to this President's Decision.

Article 2

This President ' s decision comes into effect on the date of the promulgment. In order for everyone to know, order the President's decision with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
