REGENT OF THE HEAD LEVEL II INDRAMAYU REGION

ON THE COUNTY ' S HEALTH SERVICE LEVEL II INDRAMAYU AREA.

Article 1

In this Regional Regulation referred to:

a. "area" is an Indramayu Level II County District;

b. "Regional Government" is the Regional Government of the Regional Level II Indramayu Region;

c. "Regent of the Regional Head" is the regent of the Head of Regional Level II Indramayu;

d. The "Health Service" is the Indramayu Regional District Health Service;

e. "Head of the Service" is the Head of the Indramayu Regional District Health Service;

f. The next "Public Health Center" is called PUSKESMAS is the Managing Unit

The Technical Service (UPTD) of the Indramayu Regional District Health Service, which

health, counseling and power tools from PUSKESMAS;

j. "PUSKESMAS with the care" is PUSKESMAS that has facilities

(1) PUSKESMAS is the Service Technical Managing Unit of the Service.

is responsible to the Chief of PUSKESMAS.

PUSKESMAS has the principal task of hosting the service, coaching and

the development of the Health effort in full to the communities of the region Work.

Planning, nutrition improvement, public health care, prevention and

accident, dental and mouth health, simple laboratory, work health efforts

as well as advanced age health, mental health efforts, eye health, other ááspecialized health

and records as well as reporting;

b. Execution of health efforts, roles as well as community, coordination of all

health efforts, service facilities, etc., the execution of Medik, helper

means and technical coaching to the PUSKESMAS Assist, áBidan in Village, Unit

Article 10

(1) The Prevention and Eradication Unit has the principal task of carrying out

(1) The Special Service Unit has a principal task of carrying out health care activities
