SET: REGULATION OF COUNTY COUNTY AREA II

WEST LAMPUNG ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE GENERAL HOSPITAL LAYOUT OF THE COUNTY AREA II LEVEL WEST LAMPUNG AREA.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Regional Regulation referred to as: a. The area is a Level II Area West Lampung District b. The Regional Government is the Head of Regional and Other Autonomous Region Devices

CHAPTER III, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

First Section

Occupation

Susunan Organization

Article 6

(1) The Regional General Hospital Organization (SIT) consists of: a. Director; b. Nursing Section; c. Service Section; d. Subsection of the Secretariate and Medical Reams; e. Article 8

The Nursing Section has Tasks include nurture counseling, nursing care, ethics and nursing quality, as well as education, training and health care activities.

The Nursing Section consists of: a. Sub-Section of Nursing Services; b. SubSection of the Nursing Equipment;

Article 10

(1) Sub-Section of the Nursing Service has the task of guiding the execution of care and nursing services;

Article 16

(1) Public Affairs has a duty to carry out employment and education and employee training;

Article 19

(1) Budget Affairs has the task of drafting the admission plan and expenditure of the Regional General Hospital;

(2) The Treasury Affairs has the task of doing financial efforts and Dedirectable General Hospital Management

(3) The Program has the task of conducting Regional General Hospital purposes in the physical and financial fields;

Seventh

Installation

Article 20

Installation covers the services of Rawat road, Rawat's stay, emergency Rawat, Bedah, central intensive care, Radiology, Pharmacy, Fatology and Maintenance of Hospital Sarana.

Article 21

(1) Installation is a facility for the holding of medical services and nursing,

medical support services, maintenance of the means Regional General Hospital; (2) Installation is led by a head in a non structural position;

The Medical Committee and Functional Medical Staff

Article 22

(1) The Medical Committee is a medical personnel group whose membership is elected from the functional staff;

(2) The Medical Committee is under and responsible to the Director; (3) Medical Committee have a job to help the Director build up the standards of service,

monitor its implementation, carry out the ethical coaching of the profession, regulate the profession ' s authority of the functional medical staff developing educational and exercise services programs;

(4) In carrying out the duties of the medical committee assisted by the committee whose members consist of Functional Medical Staff and other professions Ex-Officio;

(5) Panitia is a special working group within the medical committee that set up to address special issues;

(6) The committee of the committee set by the Director; (7) The medical committee of the Regional General Hospital is set with

The Regional Chief Decision on the Director's proposal.

Article 23

(1) Functional Medical Staff are the Doctors and Dentists. work on Installation in Functional Office;

(2) Medical staff have the task of carrying out diagnostics, treatment, prevention of disease, improvement and recovery of health, education and training;

(3) In carrying out its duties Functional Medical Staff are grouped according to its expertise;

Article 24

(1) The functional medics are Medical Care Medical and Non-treatment assigned to an instance in the Functional Office;

Section 25

(1) Non-Medical Power is the power serving in the specialized field and is not directly related to the service of the patient;

Part 9 The House of Worship

Article 26

TATA WORK

Section 28

(5) The duties and authority of the Deputy Director of the Regional General Hospital are set by the Director;

(6) Any Chairman of the Organization Unit in the Environment General Hospital is required to carry out the inherent oversight (waskat).

BAB VII

OTHER provisions

Article 29 With the enactment of this Area Regulation, then all provisions governing the same materials or in conflict with the Regulation of this Section are declared no longer applicable.

Article 30

The things that have not been set up in this Area Regulation all along regarding the implementation will be governed by the Regional Chief.
