TRADING BUSINESS LICENSE

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MAYOR KUPANG,

Weigh:

a. that regional autonomy has given broad, real and responsible authority to the area to organize and structure its own household in improving service to the community;

b. that in order to increase the service in the field of trading in accordance with the authorization granted then it needs to set about the granting of the Trade Ijin;

c. based on consideration as such in the letter a and Those letters need to be set with the Regional Regulation on the Attempted Trade Effort.

Given:

THE MUNICIPAL REGULATION OF THE CITY OF KUPANG ON THE TRADE VENTURE PERMIT

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Regional Regulation referred to as: a. The area is the city of Kupang; b. The Regional Government is the Head of Regional and Other Autonomous Region Devices

as the Regional Executive Board of Kupang City; c. The Regional Chief is the Mayor of Kupang; d. The Ministry of Industry and Trade was the City of Industry and Trade City

BAB II

TRADING BUSINESS PERMIT

Article 2

(1) Each Company is either a person, an alliance or a legal entity that performs the activities of a Trading venture is acquiring SIUP;

(2) SIUP as referred to in paragraph (1) is made up of: a. Little SIUP; b. SUP Medium; c. Large SIUP;

Article 3

(1) The company that conducts business activities with capital and net worth (netto) is all up to Rp. 200,000,000,-(two hundred million rupiah) does not include land and place buildings efforts, required to acquire Small SIUP;

(2) Companies that conduct trading business activities with paid capital and net worth (netto) above Rp. 200,000,000,-(two hundred million rupiah) up to Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred million rupiah) does not include land and building places businesses, must acquire SIUP Medium;

(3) trading business activities with paid capital and net worth (netto) above Rp. 500,000,000,-(five hundred million rupiah) excluding land and building where business, must be required Large SIUP.

Section 6

Companies that make capital changes and net worth (netto) changes in either the increase or decrease as evidenced by the deed of change and or the balance of the company are required to obtain SIUP with the conditions as in Article 3 of this Section 3 Regulation

Article 7 (1) SIUP applies for 5 (five) years and may be extended during the company which

Section 8 of the Company and or the activities of the trading business that are exempt from the obligations of acquiring SIUP are the Individual Small Companies, Itinerers, Asongan Merchants, Roadside Merchants, or The five-foot merchant was relieved of the duty of acquiring SIUP

Section 9

Any company that has acquired SIUP in the term 3 (three) months from the start date of SIUP is required to register its company in the list of companies as provisions in Act Number 3 of the Year 1982 about the mandatory enterprise list

Section 10

The SIUP holding company that will open the company's branch office/representative office, is required to report in writing to the Chief of Regions.

Section 12

SIUP does not apply to conduct commodity futures trading activities

CHAPTER III OF LICENSING FEES

Article 15

(1) Each SIUP is issued charges of a form/blanko print transfer fee.

is set as follows: a. The SIUP is set at Rp. 200,000,-(two hundred thousand rupiah). B. Medium SIUP is estimated to be Rp. 150,000,-(one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah). C. Small SIU.s are designated as Rp. 100,000,-(a hundred thousand rupiah)

(2) Any SIUP that is still valid is mandatory for resigning (registration) each year and charged with registration as follows: a. The reregistration fee for the Large SIUP is set at Rp. 75,000,-(seven

tens of five thousand rupiah); b. The reregistration fee for the Medium SIUP is set at Rp. 50,000,-(five

twenty thousand rupiah); c. The reregistration fee for the Small SIUP is set at Rp. 55,000,-(twenty

five thousand rupiah); (3) the SIU.s of the central branch office/representative office, set at Rp. 150,000,-(one hundred

fifty thousand rupiah).

CHAPTER IV SANCTION

Article 16

The company is given a written warning if

a. Do not perform obligations under the provisions of Article 2 of the paragraph (1), Section 10 and Section 11 of the Regulation of this section;

b. Perform business activities that are not compatible with the business fields, the main merchandise/merchandise types listed in the SIUP have been acquired;

c. Has not registered a company in the company list as referred to in Article 9;

d. A report/complaint from the official authorities that the company does not meet the taxation obligations in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Article 17

(1) the company-owned SIUP is frozen if;

a. Not heeding the warnings as referred to in Article 16 of this Regional Regulation;

b. Being examined at a court hearing for being charged with violating the Rights of Intellectual Property (HAKI), or committing another criminal offence;

(2) During the SIUP of the Company in question is frozen, the company is prohibited to conduct a service trading business activity;

(3) The term of the SIUP freezing time for the company as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a and the letter b applies 6 (six) months from the issuer of the SIUP freeze designation.

Article 18

(1) SIUP is revoked if:

a. The SIUP obtained under the correct or false data from the company is concerned;

b. Concerned companies do not make repairs after overtaking the freezing time limit as referred to as Article 17 of the paragraph (3);

c. The company in question has been sentenced to a violation of the rights of the Intellectual Property and or the Criminal Court which has a fixed magnitude.

CHAPTER V PROVISIONS OF THE INVESTIGATION

Article 19

BAB VI

CRIMINAL provisions

Section 20
