GOVERNOR OF THE SPECIAL AREA OF ACEH,

DRAWS: A. That to fulfill the intent of the implementation of the Act

No. 22 of 1999 on Local Government and Government Regulation No. 84 Year 2000 on the Organization of Regional Devices Guidelines, in view the need to reorganize Susunan Organization and Corporate Health Service Propinsi of the Aceh Special Region, which corresponds to the characteristic, potential and needs of the area;

b. That for such intent needs to be established with a Regional Rule.

ESTABLISH: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS OF THE PROVINCE OF ACEH SPECIAL AREA ON ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT AND HEALTH SERVICE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ACEH SPECIAL AREA

BAB I

provisions UMUM

Article 1

In This Region's Regulation, which is in the intent of: 1. The area is the Propinsi Special Region of Aceh. 2. The Regional Government is the Regional Head and the area device

ORGANIZATION

First part of the Occupation, Tasting, Functions and Authority.

Section 2

(1) The Health Service is an area device as the element of execution

Section 5 To perform the function as referred to in Section 4, the Health Service which has the authority to:

a. Counseling guidelines and health campaigns; b. management and licensing of facilities and healthcare facilities

specifically such as psychiatric hospitals, leprosy hospitals, and cancer hospitals;

c. performing health and nutrition technology certification; d. conducting epidemiological survailance as well as epidemic countermeasures

disease and extraordinary events; e. put strategic health care, power transfer

f. plan and control macroregional development in the health field; and

g. conduct health field research that includes the Propinsi region.

Article 6

(1) The Health Service Organization consists of: a. Head of the Service; b. Deputy Head of the Service; c. Part of the Business; d. Sub-Service Limbang and Bina Program; e. Sub Service Registration and Accreditation; f. Basic and Basic Health Service Sub-Service; g. Healthcare Sub-Service; h. Pharmacy Services Sub-Service. Family Health SubService and Gizi; j. Article 7

(1) The Head of the Service is below and is responsible to

The Governor through the Regional Secretary. (2) The Head of the Service has a task:

a. lead the Health Service in the implementation of the tasks specified under the applicable Laws and Regional Government policies;

b. preparing regional general policy in the field of health; c. sets a technical policy in the field of health; d. carry out health program coordination with the Service

Article 17

(1) Research and Development Section has the task of doing

Article 27

Article 37 (1) Community Pharmaceutical Section and Clinic has a task

(1) The Health Promotion Sub-Service is composed of a. Institutional Health Care-A- Role Section And Society; c. Promotion and Health Campaign Section; and d. Public Health Maintenance Guarantee (JPKM).

(3) Each Section as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a Section Chief who is below and is responsible to the Head of the Health Sub Promotion in accordance with the field of duty.

Article 47

(1) The Institution Health Business Section has the task of collecting materials
