GOVERNOR OF ACEH SPECIAL AREA,

provisions Of UMUM
Article 1 In this Area Regulation referred to as:
The area is the Propinsi of the Aceh Special Region. 1. The Local Government is the Regional Head and the device
The other Autonomous Region as the Regional Executive Board. 2. The governor is the Governor of the Special Region of Aceh. 3. The Education Service is the Regional Propinsi Education Service

Section 2 (1) The Education Service is a regional device as the executor element
The Local Government in field of education that is under the Governor.
(2) The Education Service is led by a Chief Service Officer who is below and is responsible to the Governor through the Regional Secretary.
Article 3
The Education Service have the task of carrying out the General tasks of Governance and Development in the field of Education.
Article 4
To host the task as referred to in Article 3, the Education Service has a function: a. Drafting a technical policy in the field of education; b. granting of licensing and the implementation of the municipal/City-, c. technical coaching in the field of District/City education, d. coaching the technical executor unit of the Service; and e. execution of the Department of Service Business.
Article 5
To perform the function as in Section 4, the Propinsi Education Service has the authority to a. develop and manage various types, paths, and educational types
and add local charge materials in accordance with Islamic syariates; b. develops and organizes the Islamic Religious Education Institute for
its adhering in different types, paths and education levels;
c. establishes policies on the acceptance of students and students of minority, backward and or minority societies. cannot afford;
d. provide a staple lesson/educational module for Kanak-kindergarten, Primary Education, Secondary Education and the School of External Education;
e. support/assist the hosting of Higher Education in addition to the curriculum setting, accreditation and academic workforce appointment,

Article 6
(1) The Organization of Aceh Special Area Education Service consists of: a. Head of the Service; b. Deputy Head of the Service; c. Part of the Business; d. Bina Program Sub-Service (s). The Pre-School Sub-Service, Madrasah Basics and Extraordinary Education; f. Sub Service Madrasah Continuation; g. Middle School of the madrasas. Sub-Service Of The Vocational Middle Madrasah; i. Dayah Education Subgroup; j. The School of Education's Sub-Service. Sub Service Services to Education; I. Sub Service Research and Development Education; m. The Service Technical Support Unit (UPTD); and n. Functional Position Group.

P a r a g r a f 1 Head of the Service and the Deputy Head of the Service
Section 7
(1) The head of the Service is below and is directly responsible to the Governor through the Regional Secretary.
(2) The Head of the Service has a task: a. lead the Education Service in the execution of specified tasks
under the applicable laws and Regional Government policies;
b. preparing for a regional general policy in the field of Education; c. sets the technical policy in the field of Education in the Regions that is
its responsibility according to the general policy set by the Governor;
d. carrying out cooperation with agencies and other organizations that concern the field of Education; and
. carry out other tasks provided by the Governor.
(3) The deputy head of the Service is located below and is responsible to the Head of the Service.
(4) The deputy head of the Service has a task: a. perform the duties of the Head of the Service, if the Head of Service is hindrous assisting the execution of the assigned task under the Perundang rules-

(1) The Tata Business Section is the supporting element in the field of administration coaching.

Article 9
The Tata Business Department has the task of coordinating the drafting of the service work program, management General affairs, equipment and governance, finance, employment, law and PR as well as Administration services to all work units in the Education Service environment.
Section 10
To host the duties as referred to in Section 9, the Business Services Section has a function '. a. Holding office administration-, b. Budgeting and reporting as well as organizational and organizational coaching, c. management of employee administration, finance, equipment, home

The drafting of the strategic plan, the study and evaluation of the program; g. implementation of horizontal coordination with Section, Sub-Service and UPTD in the fields
planning and evaluation; h. the drafting of the accountability report; and i. the execution of other tasks provided by the Head of the Service.
Article 16
(1) The Sub-Service of the Bina Program consists of: a. Data Collection and Data Processing; b. Plan and Program section: c. Evaluation and Reporting section; and d. Standardization and Accreditation.
(2) Each Section as referred to in paragraph (1), is led by a Section Chief who is below and is responsible to the Chief Sub-Service of the Bina Program in accordance with the field of duty.
Article 17
(1) The Collection and Processing Section of the Data Collection have the task of collecting and processing all educational data as well as documenting it.
(2) The Program Plan Section has the task of compiling the activities program Service is thoroughly short-term and long-term.
(3) Section Evaluation and Reporting has the task of holding an evaluation of the planned program and preparing an accountability report for the implementation of the Education field program,

(2) Sub-Service Pra School, Basic Madrasah and Outstanding Education led by a Chief Sub Service Officer who is below and is responsible to the Head of the Service.
Section 19
Sub-school Service Sub, Madrasah Basics and Extraordinary Education have a coaching task and the hosting of Educational Service in the fields of Pra School, Basic Madrasah and Extraordinary Education accordingly The applicable Perundang-Invitation rules.

To host the duties as referred to in Article 19, Sub-Service Pra School, Basic Madrasah and Extraordinary Education has a function:
a. Coaching and development of pre-school education, Madrasah Primary Education Basic Education;
b. The supervision of the education of Pra School, Madrasah Basic and Higher Education thoroughly;
c. supervision of the application of the education curriculum of Pra Schools, Basic Madrasah and Extraordinary Education;
d. coaching interagency cooperation;
e. coaching and development of the education pads of Pra School education, Basic Madrasah and Extraordinary Education;
f. coaching and development of standardization/qualification means of School Pra School, Basic Madrasah and Outstanding Education;
g. Awareness coaching; and
h, the execution of other tasks provided by the Head of the Service,

(1) Sub-Service of Schools, Basic Madrasah and Extraordinary Education consist of: a. Curriculum Section and Pre-School Teaching, Elementary Madrassa and
Outstanding Education; b. Pre School Technical Personnel Coaching Section, Elementary Madrassa and
Outstanding Education; c. The School Of Pre-school Education, Basic Madrasahs And Outside Education
Ordinary; d. The Pre-School Student Development Section, Basic madrassa and Education
Extraordinary; and e. The Control and Control Section of Pra School, Basic Madrasah
and Outstanding Education.
(2) Each Section as referred to in paragraph (1), is led by a Section Chief who is below and is responsible to Head of the Pre-School Sub-Service, Basic madrassa and Extraordinary Education in accordance with the field of his duties,
Section 22 (1) Curriculum Section and Pre-School Teaching, Elementary Madrassa and Education

(1) The Secondary Madrasah Sub Service is composed of: a. The Curriculum Section and the Teaching of Madrasah Intermediate; b. Coaching Section
A Medium Madrasah Technical Workforce;
b. Section Intermediate Madrasah Education Means;

Vocational Medium; f. coaching and developing a Vocational Medium Madrassa; and g. implementation of other tasks provided by the Head of the Service.

(1) The Sub-Service of the Vocational Middle Madrassa is composed of: a. The Curriculum section and the Teaching of Vocational Medium Madrasah; b. Technical Development of Madrasah Medium Vocational Section; c. section Means Of Vocational Secondary Madrasah Education; d. "Sexy Middle School" and "E". f. implementation of other tasks provided by the Head of the Service.
Article 51
(1) The Sub-Service of the Education Power consists of: a. Section Coaching and Development of the Profess; b. Career Development and Achievement; c. Mutation section and Retirement; and d. Award and Protection Section.
(2) Each Section as referred to in paragraph (1), is led by a Section Chief who is below and is responsible to the Chief Sub-Service of the Ministry of Power in accordance with the field Duties,
Section 52 (1) Coaching and Professions Section has the task of doing
coaching and development of the education workforce,
(2) Career Development Section and the Accomplies have the task of doing coaching and career development and educational power achievement.
(3) Mutation Section and Retirement has a task of completing an administrative and retirement administration.
(4) The Award and Protection Section has the task of awarding the award and the protection of the education of education.

Article 53 (1) Sub-Service Research and Educational Development is the implementation element

Article 55
(1) The Sub-Service Research and Educational Development consists of a. The Curriculum Development section; b. "Ajar Materials Development"; c. "Test System Development" and Mutu Standard; and "d". The IMTAQ and IPTEK Educational Development section.
(2) Each Section as referred to in paragraph (1), is led by a Section Chief who is below and is responsible to the Head of the Sub Service Research and Development Education, in accordance with the field of duty.
Article 56
(1) Curriculum Development Section has the task of carrying out the coaching and development of the curriculum.
(2) The Ajar Materials Development Section has the task of carrying out the research and development of the teaching of the materials.
(3) Test System Development Section and Mutu Standard has a task of developing the system testing and coaching of quality standards.
(4) The IMTAQ and IPTEK Educational Development Section has the task of conducting the study and developing Faith and Taqwa (IMTAQ) and Science and Technology (IPTEK).

Article 60 (1) Functional Position Group as referred to in Section 59, terdin

l. GENERAL EXPLANATION.
That by the enactment of Law Number 22 of 1999 on Regional Governance and Government Regulation No. 84 of 2000 on the Organization of Regional Devices Guidelines, it needs to be reorganized against the Organization and Tata Government Work Of The Empowerment Body Of The Village Society Of The Province Of The Aceh Special Region.

In accordance with the intent of Article 1 of the paragraph (3) and Article 11 of the paragraph (2), c Perda Number 6 Year 2000, the Medium Madrasah is an educational level Level with high school and MA.
Article 29 to Article 32 is fairly clear.
