PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that as a result of the 25th annual Assembly of the Parties INTELSAT on November 13-17 November 2000 in Washington DC, United States, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed Amendments of the Agreement relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization "INTELSAT" (Changes to the Agreement relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization "INTELSAT");
., b. that in connection with that, it is deemed necessary to pass the Amendments Agreement with the President's Decision;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law Number 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State Sheet 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette Number 4012);
., 3. Decision of President Number 15 of 1996 on Unrest Agreement Relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization "INTELSAT", Denmark-1995 (Agreement with respect to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization) "INTELSAT", Denmark-1995).

.,, ESTABLISHING: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF THE AMENDMENTS OF THE AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE ORGANIZATION "INTELSAT" (CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SATELLITE ORGANIZATION) INTERNATIONAL "INTELSAT").
Section 1
Passing Amendments of the Agreement relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization "INTELSAT" (Changes to the Agreement relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization "INTELSAT") as a result of the trial Assembly of the Parties INTELSAT 25th on 13-17 November 2000 in Washington DC, United States, whose copy of the original manuscript in English and translation in Indonesian as attached to this Presidential Decree.
Section 2
