THE GOVERNOR OF SOUTH KALIMANTAN, IN A DRAW: A. that in order to excavate the potential of the Original Revenue sources
Regions, Provincial Governments need to do capital inclusion;
b. that under consideration as the letter of a, it is necessary to form the Regional Regulation on the addition of the inclusion of capital of the South Kalimantan provincial government to the South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Group;

Article 1 In this Regional Regulation referred to:
1. Area is South Kalimantan Province. 2. The Regional Government is the Governor and the Regional Device as an organizer element

5. Capital Inclusion, is any attempt to include the Regional capital at a joint venture or the utilization of the Regional capital by a third party in a particular reward.
6. Area capital is the wealth of the area (which has not been separated) whether it is money or goods.

7. Regional Development Bank Regional Corporation is a Regional Company owned by the Government of South Kalimantan Province and the Government of South Kalimantan Regency.
BAB II
T U J U A N Article 2
(1) Area Capital Inclusion aims to increase the economic growth of
Regions and add Regional Original Revenue. (2) To achieve the goal as referred to in paragraph (1) the Regional Capital Inclusion
is exercised on the basis of the profit oriented.
BAB III
INCLUSION OF CAPITAL
Article 3 of the South Kalimantan Provincial Government has been conduct the inclusion of regional capital into the South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Regional Company of Rp. 40.164.000.00 (forty billion hundred and sixty-four million rupiah).
Article 4
In 2005 the inclusion of capital amounted to Rp 8,972,466.034.00 (eight billion ninety-two million four hundred sixty-six thousand thirty-four rupiah), then the entire inclusion of capital to the interior The Regional Company of the Regional Development Bank of South Kalimantan became Rp 49.136,466.034.00 (forty-nine billion one hundred and thirty-six million-six thousand thirty-six thousand rupiah).

SOUTHERN KALIMANTAN I. GENERAL
In order to strengthen the application structure of the Regional Development Bank of South Kalimantan, in order to improve service to the community in order to excavate the potential for native revenue sources region, the Government of South Kalimantan Province needs to carry out capital disputes to the Regional Development Bank of the South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank.
